Doctor pool and James have a great company! They work well with our hectic schedule and are great with little emergencies that pop up. They've been maintaining my pool for the past 2 years which has been mostly used as an airbnb. Some guests can be quite picky and on occasion Doctor pool has sent over technicians sane day to walk through perceived pool problems with guests. Overall my experience with this company has been great. Would recommend 10/10.

I'm renting a house in Chandler and the pool service provider hired by the property management company neglected my pool despite coming out weekly to such a severe state that the filter and pumps were on the verge of breaking and the water quality was disgusting. I pleaded with them for weeks to fix my pool, but they kept giving me the run around. Our cousins in Gilbert use Dr. Pool and their pool is always in immaculate condition so I hired them to rescue our pool. Within 10 minutes they properly diagnosed what was wrong with my pool, and within a week fixed all pumps, replaced my filter, drained my pool and chlorine treated it. My pool is now resort quality, their professionalism, bias for action and overall pool acumen was extremely impressive. 100% recommend.

I called Dr. Pool on a Sunday afternoon. I picked up the phone immediately. I was having black staining on my plaster pool. He was the 3rd person I talked too, no one had any ideas of what the problem was nor how to help. Dr. Pool had me send him pics and called back with a recommendation, which completely removed the stains. I'm so happy he was willing to solve my problem. He's the first person I'll be calling in the future!

We use Doctor Pool for our weekly pool service and are very happy with them. Plus, the price is good! Recently we needed to install a handrail and I reached out and turns out they also provide that service. Within a week we had the new handrail installed and at the best price out there! Caliber came and cleaned my grout and carpet. They were prompt and got me in within a few days of when I called for an appointment. They were right on time, and were very friendly, and helpful. Brady did a very good and through job, and made everything look like new again! I would highly recommend Caliber!

Caliber Carpet Cleaning came and cleaned our carpet and tile. We have light colored grout that had turned dark in the most traveled areas. Brady and one of his crew did a great job! The tile and carpet look great! They were friendly, professional, and worked efficiently to get the job done. Their price for the service was fair. I would use Caliber Carpet Cleaning again for sure.

I came to know about them when I was conducting a move out inspection for one of the homes we manage. Tenant at the time had hired them to clean their carpet as it was part of the move out process. The carpet was shampooed so clean, I immediately asked for their info. This was almost two years ago and ever since I been using Caliber Carpet for all of our rentals!
They’re professional, quick, offer great rates and do an amazing job getting the carpets looking nice and fresh again! There’s also been multiple times where Brady came through for me on last minute needed shampooing and emergency situations.
