This was the second time that I sought Brimley's White Glove Chem-Dry services. The first time being for carpet cleaning. The second being for grout cleaning. Dave completed both services. His professionalism is unparalleled, as is his attention to detail. He is courteous, personable, and takes great care of the property. Did a great job on my multi layer carpet. Dry in 6 hours. Technician arrived on time and was very friendly and competent. I'm having them do area rugs beginning of the year and will post review when completed. Having them taken to their shop. Office staff was on top of everything throughout quotes and setting appointment times.

Brimleys was quick and very responsive! They did a great job taking care of a few rugs in my room. We have 5 animals and they completely got rid of any pet smell coming from the rugs. I will absolutely be using them in the future! Great pricing as well!

After waiting 4 months and exerting pressure on Brimley’s corporate office and other on-line review sites, I finally received a check for a little over $5200 for the replacement of our sofa-sectional that they ruined beyond repair. If they had taken responsibility upfront for their technician’s incompetence instead of blaming the stains on my wife’s dirty calves, I would have been satisfied.

Since filing my initial review on Brimley's White Glove Chem-Dry, several things have changed which I wanted to clarify, especially regarding the rebuttal from the owner of Brimleys, Michael Court. Their company has sent out 3 different technicians to clean & re-clean our sofa-sectional. According to Brimley’s general manager JoAnn Talbot, the 3rd technician that came out was their expert & #1 corporate trainer. Prior to him re-cleaning the sofa-sectional he claimed that the sofa stains were caused from my wife’s dirty calf’s. To add further insult both he & the general manager said the lighting in our room made the sofa appear to have stains. Afterwards their general manager emailed me and said our sofa was cleaned and cleaned properly.
Since this ordeal, I have received feedback from three professionals regarding the condition of the sofa-sectional and they have all been unanimous in their opinion. After inspecting the sectional an independent insurance adjuster (approved by many major insurance companies) provided me a written statement indicating the sectional was ruined beyond repair because of improper cleaning and/or improper chemical balance. After reviewing detailed pictures, I received verbal confirmation from a senior customer service representative with Williams Sonoma (owner of the Pottery Barn from where we purchased the sofa) indicating the same conclusion. I also had Mr. JR Ordonez, owner of Customers Own Fabric, an upholstering store, fiscally inspect the sofa. He too indicated the same.
Mr. Court indicated that I refused to allow them to clean the sofa a 4th time and he’s right. After cleaning it twice, they sent out their expert technician for a third cleaning. Cleaning the sofa a fourth time is a waste of my time especially when the sofa was ruined beyond repair by their first ill trained technician.
Mr. Court also indicated I signed a disclaimer that basically lets them off the hook in situations like this. I was never required to sign or initial any of these areas and my original copy will indicate this.
A couple of weeks ago I requested Mr. Court file a claim with their insurance company. He replied that he would file a claim only if I removed the negative review first. Since then he indicated he did file a claim but wasn’t sure when he did it. It’s been over a week and I have not heard from their insurance adjustor. I just read his rebuttal yesterday and it became obvious to me that Mr. Court has been misleading me with his intentions or resolving my complaint, nor do think he ever intended to file a insurance claim. I honestly believe Mr. Court felt his disingenuous rebuttal would be sufficient in insuring doing business with potential customers.
According to the Pottery Barn, the cost to replace our ruined sofa-sectional is approximately $5200 and their offer to reimburse us $160 for the cleaning is an insult my intelligence. Throughout this horrific process their employees have been offensive, unprofessional and have exhibited an extreme lack of follow up. Ironically, I have contracted with their firm twice before with great success. Obviously the professionalism and integrity I experienced before no longer exists. I would not recommend this company to anyone to do any type of cleaning especially if you value your carpeting and furniture.

The two service technicians called before arrival as planned when the appointment was made. The carpet cleaning was done very well and timely as well. Every effort was made to carefully look through each room and answer questions if needed. I would recommend Brimley’s White glove Chem-Dry!

We have used Brimley’s for several years because they don’t disappoint. We had the carpeting and furniture done this time. The furniture was kind of expensive but after seeing how much work was required, I understand why. We will be using them again. They did a great job.

Brimley's recently cleaned my carpets and stairway - I have 3 dogs in my home at the moment, and the carpets were looking a little worse for the little legs running all over them. They did a great job with cleaning and refreshing all areas and my carpets look great! The technician was professional, efficient and did a great job on my home. I'm very happy with Brimley's for my carpet cleaning needs!

They were on time, professional, and did a great job, sofa and area rug. Had a couple bumps in the quote department but was well straightened out and this company's honesty and integrity prevailed in the end.

We have had this company clean carpets for years. They are so easy to schedule with and the gentleman that came to clean was so friendly and knowledgeable.

Our technician for upholstery cleaning was very polite and personable, but not very detailed. I had to request cleaning areas of the furniture that he had not done. I'm not sure if he was not allowed to pull furniture out, and if so I wish he would have told me that. After he was done, I noticed he had not done the sides of the couches, so I pulled them out and requested he do them, he did them but quickly but not well. When all had dried there are spots that look great and other areas that stand out dirty. Some areas feel soft and normal other areas are stiff and rough. I would not recommend this company AT ALL! After Posting my review, I got a call And they Asked if they could send somebody else out to make it right. They sent James out and he did a wonderful job and Would recommend this company they stand behind there work til the customer is happy. I have Recommended them to my friends already

Hired Brimley for tile grout cleaning, painting and sealing. Had used them before in the past for upholstery cleaning. Started off a little shaky. Company representatives Bryan and Caesar did an excellent job on my floors. I would recommend the company and appreciate them honoring the services discussed with integrity. The company, employees and the quality of their work was amazing!

I had the privilege of having my carpet cleaned by technician Alex today. Not only was he personable, he was also very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job with cleaning. I will request him again for any future carpet cleaning services and will recommend him to people I know.

Alex is the best tech I have ever had clean my carpet in 40 years of having to buy this type of service from many valley companies. I will never use anyone else so I hope you keep him on board forever

Quick and fantastic work. The cleaning took out a decade of pet messes, foot traffic, and more. Carpet looks nearly brand new and feels so much better.

They did a good job on the carpet cleaning. We had them also do floor grout cleaning and sealing and they didn't do a thorough job on this area.
