I’ve used Brimley’s for years now. They were out Friday and Cesar did a great job! I’ve always been very happy with the results when they clean my carpets. Their prices are very reasonable for carpet cleaning. Highly recommend.

While visiting my sister in Mesa, she had her carpet cleaned. I wanted to share how impressed that i was with the technician, Anthony Imparato. He was punctual and courteous. He was very respectful of my sisters home and belongings. Anthony did such a great job! Even going the extra mile to work on some trouble spots. Everyone should use this company to have their carpets cleaned! If i could give 10 stars i would.

I’ve used Brimleys twice for move out/cleaning. Both times, the value for the work done has been great, overall I’m very happy with the fact that I get the quoted price without surprises on site for extra charges.
However, this last time I had a VERY severe stain/damage issue with carpet. Because the carpet was warrantied against stains, I wanted to try to get anything that would come out, out, so that we could evaluate for the warranty (we had to attempt to clean it first!)
To be honest, I had very low expectations because the damage was so bad.
My tech Nick was great, he was on time, positive, and fairly optimistic about getting at least some of the damage out. He was also very nice, worked hard and was helpful with information about the cleaning.
The process doesn’t take too long, the carpets dry fairly quickly, and above all-a good deal of the staining and dirt came out.
Now, this situation is above and beyond what most normal staining should look like. If this had been “normal” wear and tear/staining, I’m sure these carpets would look brand new. However-Brimleys far exceeded my expectations on getting it to any level of clean, and actually got it to what might be considered a normal amount of clean!
I will absolutely continue to use and recommend Brimleys for our carpet cleaning needs!

Dave from Brimleys was wonderful, our carpets and tile look new! We have an active kiddo and big pup, so our floors definitely get some use and see just about everything from backyard messes to whatever comes out of the kitchen. I was impressed by the promptness and professionalism of Brimley's White Glove Chem‑Dry. The team was reliable, affordable and incredibly efficient. My carpet looks amazing after their deep upholstery cleaning and quick‑dry service, and I love that they use eco friendly cleaning methods. Excited to return for upholstery cleaning on my next project.

Brimley's Chem-Dry cleaned my carpet this morning. The technician was friendly enough, but the cleaning was lousy. The only two areas that truly needed attention were still dirty when he finished. I inquired about the high traffic areas, and he said it was clean and nothing can be done about the wear. I got out my Spot Shot and Bissell Steam cleaner and spent 45 minutes recleaning the high traffic areas and came away with tanks of dirty water. After redoing the areas, the carpet was clean. What a waste of $200 and my time. I got cleaner carpet with my home cleaner! Disappointed.

Very sweet people from the phone call to the service performed. My carpet and stairs came out excellent.. They saved me a significant amount of $$$$ I would have had to pay the competition.

Great job on our rental carpet and tile. Previous tenants had cats that I thought totaled our two year old carpet and Dante (with a ton of PURT) saved it. Price was higher than expected but way less than replacement.
