He even provided me with some medical booties to go over shoes so you can walk around your home after the cleaning is complete. Nice small detail. I was pressured and promised that the job would ill be done and n the same day. I request to reschedule when more convenient and was told the technician is in his way. He reiterated that I need to reschedule however the technician Luis started garage door cleaning at that piece not I said go ahead and complete the job. 15 minutes later after removal of the screen’s another person came to the diir informing me that there are staffing issues and they will be back on Saturday and 9 am. This told him I have appointments however if the can get started at 9am and finish in an 1 hour I will be in ok
On Saturday no one came I texted asking for status I was told that the technician will come at 11. To asked to cancel and someone come back and put the screens
At 8 am on Monday Jaydaz the management technician arrived on time and performed a good job which took almost 4 hours and find out that the screens Luis removed are broken.
I am requesting that management of this company replace the screens as soon as next . Jaydaz is a great technician and very competent. I will give him 5 stars as to the previous crew members I knew they were more concerned about making the then providing service
