David and (Griffin?) washed our windows, and did a great job. They use a sealer that keeps the glass clean for 8 months, and they will come back for free to do touch ups if needed. Our windows are free of all the monsoon dust and streaks, absolutely perfect. The young men worked hard and quickly, were respectful of our property, and charged a very reasonable price. We will be repeat customers!

These guys were in the neighborhood and gave us a good price on exterior window cleaning. The 8month guarantee is fantastic and they truly stand by it. We had a couple windows that needed touch up and they came same day to take care of it. David was great, friendly, and respectful making sure I was pleased with the end results.

Used for my rental property in Scottsdale. Absolute 10/10 showed up on time didn’t absolutely amazing job and will definitely be a customer for life. Grady and david are truly amazing people and do amazing. Young entrepreneurs and doing amazing work.
I cannot say enough good things if you live in the phoenix area about az window wizards. They were a little pricey but WELL worth the extra so I don’t have to deal with any headaches, I have used other companies in the past and they have not done a good job. Glad I found one that is perfect

Wayne showed up to my home prompt, professional , courteous and with a kind demeanor.
He worked efficiently as a solo tech and managed all the inside and outside cleaning and screen cleaning as well. Additionally he safely cleaned all my taller windows as I no longer climb ladders.
Wayne was extremely conscientious about cleaning the floor and trim as he moved throughout the house. He was friendly with my animals and aware of their location to prevent letting them out accidentally.
Prior to replacing my screens, he had me walk the entire property to review the quality of his work. It was outstanding considering he had to navigate so many tall scrubs to get to the windows and screens.
I recommend Easy window, wizard, and specifically Wayne. The pride and detail he put into my Home's windows was nothing short of stellar. Five out of five stars.

AZ Window Wizards gave us a good price on washing our outside windows with solar screens and sliding patio glass doors. We felt the price was very reasonable since solar screens would need to be removed and put back on on each window.

Caleb called prior to our appointment, he was able to begin our project prior to the scheduled time, which worked for us.

Caleb was very professional and took care on cleaning the window, frames, solar screens and then replacing the solar screens on the frames. Caleb has done enough windows that he has the experience, is conscience and committed to doing a good job cleaning the windows. When we have these windows cleaned again I would be very pleased if Caleb was the one that was assigned to the job.

We’re really impressed, especially tech David great guy!! I’d honestly recommend them to friends or family here in Phoenix our windows have never looked this good.

Both the owner, Grady, and it technician, Ricardo, were wonderful to work with as far as customer service and friendliness. The only points of encouragement / critique that I would have is that we were told our appointment was to be at 11:00 a.m. in the technician was texting before 8 a.m. that he was on his way. Thankfully my morning was flexible, so I was able to allow the technician to arrive early. Better communication on that would have been ideal. Also, we were told by the owner that the appointment would take a couple hours. However the technician was here over 8 hours. Which again, thankfully I had a flexible day and it worked okay. But if it had been on a weekday -the lack of accuracy on the estimated time to finish the work would have been extremely difficult. Last point of concern was that we have metal security screens, instead of the fabric screens, and when I called in to speak with the owner he assured me they could be washed. However the technician did not / was not able to clean / wash our metal screens. Which was a bit of a bummer, to have been told that could be completed and then to not have the company able to deliver on the promise. However, the technician (Ricardo) went above and beyond and worked so hard. He did not even stop to take a lunch break. "A" for effort, especially from our tech. But the communication/commitments from the owner needs to be a little better fine tuned.

Adjusting my star review down a bit... The owner had reached out to follow up and ask if everything went well. When I replied that our screens were not washed per his promise, and a couple other little details needed his follow up. And he has yet to reply. His communication was very prompt and personal on the front end when he wanted my business. However, now, definitely not a great response/ customer service on the tail end.

Kind of a bummer because I have had several people ask me how my windows turned- out because I was excited and had shared that we were splurging to have our windows washed. We know a lot of people and would have loved to refer a lot of people to this starter company. But, definitely wil not recommend based on our experience.

Don't usually leave reviews, but Grady and his team made my day! Excellent service, very considerate and very reasonable price. Him and his team will definitely get some recommendations from me! 10/10 would use again.

Very satisfied with AZ Window Wizards Cleaning. Our new windows had not been well in 5 years. The sills especially were quite dirty. Wayne did a thorough cleaning of all of our windows, inside and out and the screens too. Everything sparkles. Would recommend and will hire

David did a fabulous job on our windows; they haven't been this clean since we moved in 6 years ago! We have triple pane windows with the blinds inside, so they are not easy to clean without streaks, but he did not leave even one imperfection! His customer service was great - he showed up right when he said he would, worked quickly, and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend!
