Highly recommend On Point Cleaning. Particularly impressed with how nice our sliding glass door looks when they are done. They show up on time, they get things done and we have no complaints.

On Point Cleaning is professional and thorough. I feel lucky to have found a cleaning service that is reasonably priced and trustworthy.

They did a fantastic job on our 2 story townhouse. We had multiple stains and severe pet hair that they were able to make like new! Wonderful communication throughout the whole process. 10/10

Don’t do it yall. This was my carpet the next day after their “cleaning” … it was worse somehow the following day. lots of “add on” fees, 35.00 travel fee and 15.00 per room for extra pet cleaning (even though my dogs never stayed in the one room) to me 15x3 is 45 but I was charged 50.00, also and the guy that came out to clean (John) was full of nasty attitude that got worse after he was asked to redo the work when it didn’t look cleaned at all. Not sure where these five star reviews are coming from. Friends maybe

In their reply to me they said the carpet had extensive pet stains from 6 dogs, I assure you I don’t have 6 dogs nor did they live in that room. I have three dogs, and they were outside when he got here and he NEVER saw them, and I assure you I do not have pee and feces anywhere in my house, that’s absolutely appalling and disgusting! the lies in this are disgusting and further verify the lies of this company….they did not clean three times, there was zero conversation prior to cleaning that the carpet would need replaced and it was NOT 80 percent better after they soaked my carpets without cleaning… they looked worse after their so called treatment. do not trust them, period! To add another part to the update I went out today bought a bissell pro heat 2X… best 230.00 I’ve ever spent. Went in did it myself today, the water was black each time I had to empty the tank. My carpet is beautiful stain free after I did it myself. I understand trying to cover their ass with lies but dang guys, This is wild and crazy! Don’t use them, save yourself the money and buy yourself a bissell, it did the job they couldn't!

We recently bought a new home and John was able to bring the carpets back to life. I’m very satisfied with his work.

They did a great job. I had a couple harder stains and they got them all out. The carpet looks like New. John did great work!

The guy worked hard to clean it quick and clean. The booking was little hassle but everything went well and I am happy with the service
