I needed a new underwater spa light and normally do most of my pool work myself. Pulling that light and installing the new cable under the pool decking looked high risk to me. Hector and Danny came out and did a very good job. The cable has been there 20 years and it turned out harder than planned to remove. They knew what they were doing. Estimating, scheduling and doing the work went right according to plan.

It's such a pleasure to have Trilogy maintaining my pool on a weekly basis. I recommend them to anyone who needs weekly service or help with any aspect of pool maintenance. They are computer savvy and so I receive my bills and receipts in a very efficient manor. Payment is easily made. Each week I receive a report on the chemicals they used and pictures of the pool. Anthony at Trilogy pools is awesome! I’ve been using his services for about 10 years. He is always on time or early, dependable, reliable, and most importantly very honest. He thoroughly explains the issue, and the most cost effective way to fix it. I’ve shopped his prices and he’s always very reasonably priced, even though he goes above and beyond the needed repair. He will fix leaks that weren’t even part of the problem, and leave your pool equipment looking better than before. I highly recommend him, even though I have family and friends in the industry. Service has been great and no issues for the last couple years with our pool. Techs are reliable and office is always responsive. Our tech, Daniel has been consistent and routinely makes contact with me on what’s needed or potential areas of concern.

Outstanding service & professionalism! Hector did a great job job of not only installing a new filter, but took as much time as needed to answer questions and go over any concerns. He also gave tips on how to maintain & do upkeep on our pool. I would recommend Trilogy to anyone who's looking for service or repair work!

So, I have been trying to get work done on our pool for two years. One person actually came out and said he could do it the next day. Never saw him again. The next said no problem except he was having shoulder surgery that Saturday so it would be a couple days later. Never heard from him. Get the picture? Two years of this! I mentioned it to a stranger who gave me the number to trilogy. I am not exadurating when I say they came out amazingly fast, gave me a good quote I approved and it was done a couple days later, but he noticed our gfi was bad which is what could have popped our pool light to begin with. That was a good catch because I was having a new pool light, wiring and housing put in. When he came to do that (super fast)
He noticed our pool cleaner hadn't been working either. I was going to run out and start learning about pool cleaners, but Jules took care of that too, with a much better warranty. And then played with my dog. That matters that my dog likes you😂. I couldn't be more pleased. With 114 degrees coming too. Anyway, there are still good companies and knowledgeable, skilled, ethical employees. Trilogy pools is both. Seriously, I am very grateful and will call them in to do some additions soon.

I was a loyal customer of Trilogy Pools for several years, always paying cash upfront without any issues. Recently, however, I’ve experienced incredibly unethical behavior. Trilogy performed a service on my pool without my approval and then charged me for it. Due to my upfront cash payment, they absurdly suggested that using pre-paid, pre-allocated funds for the unapproved service indicated my acknowledgment of it. I had to reach out multiple times just to understand why they claimed I owed them money, and that’s how I discovered this unauthorized service. Instead of taking responsibility for their lack of communication and failure to request approval for additional service, they threatened to send me to collections. This is no way to treat a long-time customer who has always paid on time.

Additionally, on July 3rd, I was notified that the rates were increasing from $150 to $180 per month. I wasn’t told in advance—only after the rates had already been raised. This lack of communication is exactly why I decided to switch to another pool service provider. Now, with their unethical and unsubstantiated claims that I owe them money, I’m even more relieved I parted ways. Be very cautious of their billing practices and lack of transparency.

Applying an upfront payment towards services that were neither authorized nor requested does not constitute approval or imply satisfaction.

For over two years, you adhered to the agreed-upon maintenance and filter cleaning schedule for my pool, with no issues or need for adjustments. Changing this established schedule without notice, and in the absence of any problem with the pool, is unacceptable and does not warrant payment.

We have been using Trinity for a few years and have been VERY happy with our service. Jules and Julian have been great and even say hello when they're in the neighborhood working. Great company!

Trilogy Pools converted our pool/spa to salt water and converted the pump / filtration system to a Pentair automation system. They are a professional organization that completed the pool make over in a timely and efficient manner. They continue to maintain the pool with reliable weekly service. We love the salt pool and the service we get from Trilogy!

Had a major repair needed to pool and deck. Great communication from start to finish. Awesome work, pool looks new again. Knowledge staff gives you peace of mind. We will be using them in the future as situations arise. Would recommend them for any job big or small.

We had some pool tiles that started to bow out and needed them removed and replaced. I contacted multiple companies and Trilogy was one of 2 companies who even responded when looking for quotes. They were competitively priced but also quick to respond and able to get scheduled quickly. Due to previous homeowners doing quick fixes (unknown to us) this ended up taking longer than expected and required them to come back a 2nd day to complete. Both workers were respectful and professional, and working their butts off all day in 100°+ heat. We did have an issue of our aerator breaking off and they were once again quick to respond to find a solution. I understand things happen and am grateful they were willing to fix it. Would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

Trilogy Pools is a unicorn in pool service. They are on time, spot on with pool service needs and smart when it comes to chemical mixture. Their staff is friendly and polite.

My pool has been immaculate since they started, something I struggled to maintain on my own.

The Trilogy Pools Team is AWESOME!!! I very much appreciated the communication and professionalism from the front office and from Dave and Hector regarding the scheduling and the work to be performed on my pool. Danny and Shea did an awesome job repairing and replacing several tiles on my pool. They also cleaned the calcium build-up on the tile and did an acid wash. They arrived when they said they would and worked diligently and quickly until the work was completed. I couldn't be happier with the work performed by Trilogy Pools and would highly recommend them! My pool looks amazing!

Trilogy pools is one of the worst pool companies I have worked with. I own a few homes, all with pools, so I have had the pleasure of working with quite a few pool companies. Trilogy is by far the worst and uses shady business tactics to work over their customers.

We had Trilogy install a new salt cell for one of our pools and this salt cell came with a warranty. Within a year of the salt cell being installed, the new pool company informed me that the salt cell was no longer registering a reading (a new pool company was hired as my tenant was no longer comfortable with having Trilogy be our pool company and also felt like they were shady). I reached out to Trilogy and informed them that the salt cell was no longer working, so they put in a work order for it to be replaced.

They got out to the property within a week or two and replaced the salt cell. They sent me a $80 invoice for the labor, which I thought was strange given that the part was under warranty, but I was willing to pay it as long as the issue was remedied and I would no longer have to deal with them anymore. However, at the next pool service, the other company told me again that they were not receiving a reading.

I reached out to Trilogy to inform them that the part that they had just replaced (that was under warranty) was not working. At that point, they told me that in addition to the $80 invoice they already sent, they would need to do a full inspection of the pool and that would come along with a diagnostic fee of $179.

I absolutely am not willing to pay over $200 for a part that was under warranty that should have been replaced free of charge to begin with.

After refusing to pay, as the initial trip where they made the replacement did not remedy the issue at hand (why would I pay when the work they did was worthless?), they sent me to collections within a month. Not a single call or email was sent to me outside of the automated email that their invoice system sends out when additional late fees have been added to their bill.

If you live within Trilogy's service territory and are thinking of hiring them, I HIGHLY recommend you continue your search for another company unless you want to be stuck with a collection for work that did NOT solve your problems.

We’ve been using Trilogy Pools for almost a year now after purchasing a home that came with several unexpected pool issues. Trilogy Pools has been nothing short of fantastic in handling repairs and ongoing maintenance. Their expertise and customer service have truly exceeded our expectations.
