Great service and price! They always keep me updated on what is going on with my pool and I love the reports they send after every service.

I have been working with Trilogy for the past 2 years. They have provided excellent service, communication, and value for my home and rental property. They respond very quickly and they always let me know if there are any issues with my pool and equipment. I have been a very happy customer!

Trilogy Pools takes great care of my pool and spa. In additional to cleaning and making everything look sparkly great, they send pictures each week after service so that I know that they did the work, even when I'm traveling. Highly recommend.

We love Trilogy Pools! As first time pool owners we didn't know anything about taking care of a pool and what to do. Trilogy helped us out every step of the way. They offered quick service and had outstanding communication. We were very thankful for Hector, one of the supervisors, who spend a long time educating us about how the pool works and how to best take care of it. We are so thankful we found Trilogy!

I cannot emphasize enough how absolutely WONDERFUL Trilogy Pools has been!! Not only do they keep things looking wonderful during the weekly maintenance, but when we recently had to have our pool completely re-done, they were amazing. Punctual, friendly, efficient, responsive, and so professional. We are loving everything about our pool (aka oasis!). Jules in the field for anything service related = top notch. Katlyn in the office for any and all questions = the best. The peace of mind I have knowing that these folks take care of everything for us is so appreciated. You truly are the best!!!!

I called Trilogy Pools (found them in Angi's List) among others in mid-December, they were the only who actually came out to look at the pool before giving an estimate. When I received the estimate it was very detailed and reflected what the contractor said he would do. They were also flexible when I asked for some additional work that wasn't the original estimate. Once they started, the crew was efficient and timely, they were done with the inside of the pool in less than week. I am very pleased with the results, my pool is now transformed (see before and after pictures) and I plan to use them to service my pool equipment as needed. Thank you, Trilogy Pools!

I used Trilogy for the summer a few years ago and they were great in every way. Now, not so much. The guy that cleaned the pool each week was great and did what he was supposed to. The problem is the front office. Their accounting system is totally messed up and they continue to send multiple overdue notices for payments that were cleared by my bank long before the notices went out. Then, I get a cancellation notice when the service was not actually cancelled... In addition, they're now charging high prices for extra chemicals that go beyond the "allocated" amount. Possibly others are having a good experience, but I'll go elsewhere next time.

Great service — I highly recommend this pool service company. Matt spent extra time to ensure the calcium line was completely removed, even using additional chemicals as needed. They consistently go above and beyond the typical service level expectations.

Trilogy has always done a great job for us, from resurfacing, notifying us of needed repairs, and doing regular maintenance and cleaning, they're always very responsive and the techs are friendly, especially Matt. reasonably priced as well

By far the best pool co. I have hired. We have all been accustomed to lazy service, poor quality and substandard practices. I hire 6 co.s before this one and couldn't even get someone to show up. These nice, caring people answer the phone Everytime. Show up when promised and made some recommendations that have kept out in estment looking great. I recommend TRILLOGY to all my friends, family,co-workers and customers. Finally found a good pool company that delivers on everything advertized. Kudos.

We recently had our pool drained and had the pool tiles cleaned and regrouted. Julz did a fantastic job on the tile and left the pool spotless! The pool looks absolutely fabulous! Great job, Julz.

I would highly recommend Trilogy Pools Service and Repair LLC for all of your pool service and remodel needs. They were on time, efficient and price friendly. Great staff in the office and Hector and his service team is quick and efficient and explains in detail the repair and how to avoid future issues.

Been using Trilogy for a few years now, and we love them! The service pros are very friendly and do a great job. Whenever we need a repair, their quotes are always within $10-20 of quotes from other companies. We just got some cracks repaired and they suggested putting in some mosaic tiles to hide the patch - it looks great! The kids love the turtles :)

The trilogy pools team is very professional and knowledge. Just move into a new home and the pool needed some serious maintenance. They did a great job in getting my pool clean and ready to use. Matt is doing a great job, on maintenance very courteous and professional and timely.

Two weeks to replace my pump, $2100 and change, the new pump was defective, big fight to get them to replace it. Octopus Pool owner wanted Pentair rep to come repair the brand new pump. Pentair rep yelled at me, Octopus Pool owner yelled at me. Call for support on equipment after installation and the owner tells me, I just don't know what to tell you. Service should not even be in this company's name.

It was hard to find a pool service that would actually pick up the phone or return messages. They were willing to take on a vacation property. Showed up on time and very professional. From the the receptionist to the owner, who came and did the initial estimate. I am very impressed with this business. I would highly recommend.

We switched service providers to Octopus about 6 months ago and couldn't be happier. We have had a number of.pool companies over the last 12 years -some good some bad, but none great- until now! Pool has never looked better billing and communications are top notch. Thanks guys!
