Worst Pool Company in the market. Pool cleaner came by to clean the neighbor's pool today. Left the garden hose running leading to flooding in their yard as well as mine, AGAIN!! Not the first time, the pool stays green!! Last time they were draining the pool, they drained it out in the street. Left a huge mess of Powder and algae (Epa No No). Dont use these guys!! My Rating of F---

Whenever I finally got the pool water clear, the filter/pump would start acting up and the summers were spent spending a lot of money dealing with pool issues. After 3 frustrating years and dealing with several different companies, I hated my pool. Called Octopus, some re-piping was done at a fair price and now 2 weeks later my pool is still crystal clear and it is actually enjoyable having a pool! Thank you Octopus Pools.

My pool was green before I hired Dustin. He turned it into a swimable pool in no time. And I have never seen it so sparkly! I love the reports that I get that show what is going on with my pool. So happy I made the choice to hire them!

Octopus Pool Service has been cleaning my pool for a couple of years now during the summer months while I'm on vacation and I am very pleased with their care and professionalism. Justin and his crew have always been there when I needed them.

Follow up for work order was a no show no call resulting in my calling and emailing multiple times. Eventually told they were
Over booked and would be there 11-1 following day. Worker showed up at 3
With no call no message after I emailed requesting to cancel and get money back. Communication was less than ideal and lacking customer service. After changing work schedules two days in a row this was inconvenient. No response back regarding cancellation request and no offer to mitigate No show with discount

My name was also incorrect after providing my information - attention to detail lacking

Excellent response from everyone involved, quickly came out to assess the issue & had a tech out at the soonest availability to get my issue worked. I thought I was going to be told I'd need a new pump & filter & they removed a rock stuck in a line & replaced a gasket & I couldn't be happier with the team. Will definitely use again & reccomend to friends & family.

Dustin was awesome. Very fair and reasonable. Excellent work. I have told my family and coworkers if they need pool repairs/maintenance, Dustin at Octopus is the guy to go to.

Huge storm so he was busy and had to push back our appointment but I am glad I waited. He was friendly, fast, and very knowledgeable. Reasonable prices and am looking forward to using him in the future for pool maintenance.

These guys took over my pool service after I was failed by another company. They came over gave me a very fair estimate. They stay on schedule and my pool looks great. The one time I had a pump problem they were there in a couple of hours. Great customer service!

The owner responded to my needs at a home I just bought. He was almost apologetic when I told him I wanted to replace my equipment rather than repair a 12year old unit. He gave me all the options, information and cost ahead of time. Hard working owner and knowledgeable office staff. I highly recommend.

Recently purchases a new home with dated pool equipment. Had used Octopus on my prior house, and so I called them up again. They came over promptly, helped square up some old equipment in need of help, and the pool and spa are now sparkling. These guys are good.

Just wow, purchased a home not too long ago, pool guys from a different company didn't know what they were doing. I called Octopus Pool Service and Repair and they had my pump running like never before. My pool looks great thanks to Octopus, I'll definitely be a returning customer.

Very happy with Octopus!! Have had a number of companies service my pool over the years, but have had a really hard time finding a company that would even show up when they were supposed to. Octopus has been great and highly recommend their services.

I decided to get a pool heater and needed some bids for the installation. Dustin was quick with a price and nice to deal with. Other pool companies couldn't come out for days and wanted $50 just to come look at the job. Dustin had me up and running before some of them could get out to bid the job. If you need professional pool installation work, look no further - there's a reason he has so many 5 star reviews!

Great dynamic team of professionals with this company. They do both commercial and residential work for me and they are always on point. Pricing is affordable for the services they provide. Dustin is one of the key players in the company. If you have inspections or pool assessments to make, he is your guy.

They came out and weren't able to complete the service because the water was too low. I would've been fine filling the pool the couple inches more and rescheduling but I wasn't notified of this until after the tech left. He had scrubbed the pool and added chemicals but the company didn't charge me the full price which is worth noting. My pool ended up super cloudy later that day and turned green again after 3 days. The company was responsive and professional but ultimately didn't do the service I needed. I called in with a green pool and ended up with a green pool. I am now just draining and refilling my pool. Waste of time and money.

Dustin and Chris did an excellent job installing a new pool pump and sand filter. They were professional, polite and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them for all your pool service needs

We love the service Octopus pools provides. I have now had a clean pool properly through all the dust storms etc for more than a year now because of Octopus pools coming to our service.
There have been instances when I was going to need emergency support because of a pool party and some storms. They came on priority!!
Most importantly our pool tech comes with treats on the ready for our golden retriever every single time!! The dog loves it every week and has a really good time.

They do a very professional job.
They are very pleasant. I look forward to them taking good care of my spa. They come every Tuesday and if I have any questions they take time to answer any questions I have and take very good care of my spa. This company does a awesome job everytime they come out. So glad I found this company they have been cleaning my spa for over 4 years.

Contacted this company to fix issues resulting from prior pool service company’s poor maintenance, and Dustin responded quickly. Within days he knows more about my pool than the other company did the entire time they “serviced” it and my pool is on its way to being clean again and operating efficiently.
