We were very pleased with our service! They were helpful and honest. We were worried something may have broke on our pump and they fixed it the same day as diagnosed with a filter cleaning. They do quality work that we were extremely happy with. Will definitely trust them with future repairs and maintenance.

Excellent service by the owner, stopped by on time to check what is going on with minor leak with my pool. Able to adjust the flow and root cause the leak. leak seem to be underground. He provided me contact who does underground leak fix and also talked to the contact and explained the situation. I got Big Family pool info from my neighbor and they are best for all your pool needs.

This is the 4th pool service company that we have used and I am pleased to say they are the best. Dean is punctual on the scheduled service date, sends a weekly service report via email which includes notes on our pool chemistry. We are very HAPPY pool owners!

We have a pool that requires daily cleaning to remove pine needles and cones that fall from our neighbor’s three large pine trees. When we are gone, Dean comes by each day to remove the debris and check the filters and add chlorine. He even sends a picture in an email showing he has serviced the pool. I highly recommend his company.

Techs definitely aren’t putting their best foot forward when they represent a business in public. They drive EVs and apparently are so important that they need to jump in front of several clearly waiting people to access a station and then also tell the service technician who’s trying to work on the charging station that he’s not allowed to do his job because the truck needs charging.

Dean from Big Family Pools was referred to me to drain and acid wash my pool and spa. Dean was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He takes pride in what he does. I would highly recommend Dean if you need any pool service!

Dean at BigFamilyPools is amazing! When I first contacted him, I could immediately tell he had an amazing work ethic, put value/pride into the work he does, and was just an honest guy to work with. His answers to all my questions were very detailed, succinct, and informative. He communicated well thru 3 separate trips to my house and set me up with a brand new cartridge filter and vaccuumed the pool. Afterwards, he answered all my questions.

Big Family Pools spends too long in my backyard. My last company spent a total of maybe 5-6 minutes in my backyard, these guys are there for like 15 or 20. I don’t get it. How long does it take to clean a pool? I pay more for the service, but isn’t there a limit? Are they waiting for us to offer them lunch or a drink something?

Dean went above & beyond to help us make sure we didn’t mess up our new pool! As new homeowners we weren’t quite sure what we even needed but Dean came by to educate us and show us how to handle the basic maintenance. It’s great knowing we have someone reliable & knowledgeable on our side! We can’t wait to do more pool projects!

We utilized Big Family Pools based on a referral from another pool provider technician we have been with for a number of years. We had an issue with our Pentair Intellicenter & Intellichem units. Big Family Pools specializes in these units so why our regular tech referred us. They arrived in time and they resolved our issues via re-programming the system. Our salt cell and muriatic acid pump/tank are back online and working as expected. I recommend Big Family Pools based on this recent experience. And, their repair rate was very reasonable for the repair.
