Terrible customer service, absolutely horrid communication!! The owner of the company repeatedly set deadlines to service our pool that he never met. Completely dissasembled our sand pump & left it that way for days after saying he'd be "right back". When we expressed our concerns, he bacame upset & left once again without completing the work!! ON TOP OF THAT - after we cancelled our service he CAME TO OUR HOUSE and tried to PICK A FIGHT WITH MY HUSBAND!!! We had a sleeping baby in the house & his yelling scared the poor guy awake! Do NOT EVER use this company!!!

Fast and accurate service and repair. Was given a full run down on how my pool operates, and what each valve does. I'm so happy I selected this company to take care of all my swimming pool needs!

I don’t know where to start. Honestly, I just purchased a home with a pool and had no idea how to take care of it. It started to turn green within a week and I already had plans for a pool party set. I called and spoke to Hailey (sorry if that’s spelled wrong) and she was very helpful. She told me that Dustin would be out within the hour. He showed up with all the knowledge I needed 😂. Within a couple of days Octopus pool did what they had to do and delivered . I will definitely recommend these guys to friends and family.

This is a great pool company! They came out quick, analyzed the issue and repaired it immediately. The best part is they didn't get creative with the price. They were very reasonable.

Old 1 cyl. motor went out, replace with a variable speed motor. He did a great job also replaced sand in filter' Needed more piping. Stuck to his estimate with extra work he did. I will recommend him and use him in the future
