Dustin has worked on both of our community pools. He really listens to the problems we encounter, does a complete inspection and testing of the equipment so that we get an accurate quote and the problem is fixed right the first time. He has always given us excellent service.

Horrible communication and horrible service! We first contacted Octopus Pool Service on Friday, 8/12, we had a flash flood and the water fried the pool pump. Octopus was the first to answer the phone and Dustin seemed to be upfront and stated he would get to work on preparing for the job on Monday. Dustin came out on 8/17 stating he would be here to begin working in 15 minutes. Well he came out and dropped the new pump off and left so not sure what work he was going to begin. Dustin said he would be here on 8/19, 8/20…no show on 8/20 so I left a message on 8/21 and he said he would be here first thing on 8/22. After replacing the pump Dustin informed us that the backflush valve was leaking and we would need a new one and it would be another $400. 8/24 I texted Dustin to ask when the rest of the pump might be repaired and he said he couldn’t locate the piston so we would have to replace the entire valve and he knew it was in stock this quote was $550 and said he would be here later today or tomorrow. Saturday 8/27 he told us he would be there on Monday 8/29 to put in the new valve. When the work was finally completed we let the pump run 24/7 at the lowest speed as Dustin instructed. On 9/3 we decided to finally vacuum the pool and when we raised the speed of the pump up to vacuum sand began to pour into the water via the water outlets…Dustin then informed us that we would need a whole new filter at a cost of approximately $4000. Dustin was claiming that the sand was due to broken laterals inside the filter and he could replace the filter in a week or two. In the meantime I called another pool service and repair company, Pool Boy Motors….they told us that the pump that Dustin put in was too powerful for the size of pool that we had and all it did was stir up the sand in the filter and cause it to flow into the pool. They came out and put in a new filter and removed the $550 backflush valve their cost was $3000 less than that of Octopus Pool Service and amazing but the laterals were not broken at all…unless you want to get scammed and led on with I’ll be out tomorrow day after day do not go to Octopus Pool Service & Repair. So much waiting and unnecessary repair work done not to mention the money that was spent on unnecessary parts. Dustin is a great con artist and a poor businessman. Unfortunately he will not reimburse us even the $550 for the backflush valve that we didn’t need. Pathetic

Okay guys, Octopus Pool Service, mainly Dustin George, is amazing. My family and I have had the worst pool problems for YEARS. We have struggled with algea, pump, and aerator problems. We have hired a myriad of pool services to help us fix these problems but they have never been able to permanently fix our problem. Then, we found Dustin! First of all, he was so kind and understanding of our frustration. Then he worked so hard to make sure that our pool was running properly and perfectly! We haven't had a problem since he started working with our pool! We will NEVER have to worry about our pool anymore thanks to Octopus Pool Service! I HIGHLY recommend giving them a call and having them come make your pool perfect.

Dustin with octopus pool service is amazing. I have had them servicing my pool for a while now and could not be happier. Dustin is honest and fair, it's refreshing (no pun intended) to have someone you can trust take care of your pool. Thank you Dustin!

Justin was a very knowledgable person and he gave me options and recommendations. They have replaced my pool filter with a pentair cartridge 420 that wirks perfectly well. My pool turned into a crystal clear water overnight and no errors in the pump anymore. Thank you justin and chris at Octopus pool service. Great job and I highly recommend any pool service with justin and his team in Chandler area.

Our old single speed motor finally gave out. But the good people from Octopus Pool service did a next day installation of a new Pentair superFlo variable speed pump. It looks and works great. Thank you Dustin!!

Dustin was amazing when he was checking out my pool pump! He explained everything to me so I was able to make an informed decision about what to do. I chose to replace the pump rather than fix it. James came out to do the install and answered all my questions! I love my new pool pump, can't even hear it when it is on!!! I will be hiring Octopus Pool Service in the future when I switch from chlorine to salt!!!

I had been without a pool service for four weeks, Mike with Octopus Pool Service came out to get things in order; he swapped my cartridge filters swept and clean my pool installed my new leaf catcher, tested the water -balanced chemicals and reset the pump timer. All is good and ready to go. I am very happy with Mike’s attention to detail. I am looking forward to my weekly service with Octopus Pool!

Months later, after a hot summer and monsoon season Michael at Octopus Pool Service & Repair has continued to keep my pool beautiful!! It has never operated better. Baja step jets are full power with the waterfall and floor cleaner running. Water is crystal clear! Thank you

Had a clogged vacuum line they came next day got the clog free within minutes. Straight forward pricing upfront definitely calling them again if I have any other issues

Octopus Pool Service is the best! We needed a heater replacement for our community spa. When I called about when they could change out our old unit, Dustin replied the next day! They arrived the next morning and by that afternoon, we had a new heater! Everyone at the company was very helpful, installation was performed flawlessly.

Very good service from Dustin! My pool had a pretty serious plumbing leak and he came out quickly to assess the problem. He was very communicative about pricing and the details of the work he was going to perform, very flexible in adding additional work and pretty reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We have lived in Arizona for 4 years with a pool. Have used Octopus Pool Service for 4 months and the pool has never looked cleaner and clearer. It actually sparkles. Visitors have commented about it. They have also done a few repairs and upgrades and we are totally satisfied. We would always recommend them. Their office staff is second to none.

My pool LED light went out. They sent over a quote and got the light quickly ordered and replaced. I would use them again if I need any repairs.

Had them for 2 months for pool cleaning/maintenance because I decided I didn't want to clean it myself this summer. They couldn't figure out where to connect the vacuum to the filter for starts. I ended up cleaning the pool myself in the 1st month n got it cleared up in a day when they couldn't get it done in 3 weeks. 2nd month I've called it quits cuz they never vacuumed the debris that's been down there for 3 weeks. Pool was starting to turn green and grow algae because they missed a week and when they returned for the next service they just dumped chlorine and didn't address the algae in the pool and considered it swimmable leaving it to get worse and I'm left to clean up after them again.

Was not good service and not sure how trained the techs that were sent out were but I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

They did a good job of cleaning my tile doing things in a timely manner.

Dustin is the owner and replaced a dead pump and burnt out light and is very kind and pleasant.

On the phone Hailey keeps me fully informed about scheduling and updates and is a delight to talk with.

I just used Dustin and Octopus pool service again. My pool heater went out. Dustin went the extra mile and checked everything. This was a complex repair and took extra time and he was kind and hard working. This is a great team.

Superb customer service and professional installation. Our pool heater gave out days before a family gathering. Dustin responded quickly with a replacement unit, and Steve had it plumbed and connected in a few hours. Happy family!

I was having problems with my vaccum not working, scheduled appointment with Octopus pool service, Dustin came out on time, fixed the issue, vaccum working excellent now, Dustin even reprogrammed my variable pump, to save me money and extend the life of the pump, he didn't have to do that, but he did. Dustin was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I'll certainly use Octopus again and highly recommend Octopus pool service. Thanks, Dustin.

We were always intimidated to drain our pool. Octopus made the process stress free. Very professional and responsive. Drain, acid-wash and remove the calcium build up within two days. Our pool looks like new. Highly recommend.

Top quality, efficient, straightforward service. We had used Octopus last year for the first time and we were extremely happy. When a problem came up with our pool recently we used them again. Dustin the owner is great at evaluating the issue. He tells you exactly what you need (and what you don’t) and is able to answer all questions.

Steve the technician came out the next day and replaced and installed a new motor and filters so quickly and cleanly. The pool looks better than it ever has. I cannot recommend enough that this is the pool company you need to use.

Dustin has serviced and repaired our pool over the past 5 or 6 years. He is very patient and kind and once worked for hours trying to vacuum toy rockets out that got lodged in our cleaning system.
