I recently got my upholstery cleaned and Rey came out and cleaned it for a very reasonable price. His customer service was top notch. He was friendly. Provided needed information I didn’t even know about cleaning furniture. My sofa smells and looks brand new, mind you I had this sofa for over 9 years. I would 100% recommend steam master cleaning services. Shout to Rey, you did a phenomenal job

This afternoon Master Steam came out to clean the front cab and seats of my 2000 Toyota 4Runner. I had (now replaced) leaky door seals and water had soaked through the front carpet and it got “funky.” I pulled the seats out and had the carpet pulled back and vacuumed but i couldn’t find a steam cleaner rental option so i had these guys come take a look. Ryan and Sonny double teamed it and did a great job. They had all the equipment in their van so they pulled close
to my vehicle and went about their jobs. Very happy and I’ll call these guys the next time I have a couch, carpet etc. that needs more serious equipment than I can rent (I wanted actual steam+vacuum, not just a spray and extract machine) to kill any biota/funky-smelly stuff. I was going to buy a home steam cleaner but to have heat + vacuum you need to spend thousands for a real machine. I noticed the Bissell and similar home units had a lot of bad reviews mixed with what looked like fake positive reviews, which are now rampant on Amazon.

Ray came to clean my carpet get a stain out. He did an amazing job! He was friendly, efficient and the carpet looks brand new! I would recommend Steam Master Cleaning to anyone looking for cleaning services!

Today Ryan S and Jesse came to my home to clean, sanitize, and deodorize my large sectional and ottoman. They were quick, kind, and thorough, and my couch looks and smells lovely! Pet odor completely gone! I spoke mostly with Ryan, who was super friendly and honest. I really appreciated the attention to detail

Steam master cleaning is a fantastic company, technicians, Ryan and David were here almost 7 hours to clean my tile which hasn’t been cleaned in 23 years. I have been self employed all my life for over 40 years. I have dealt with contractors and subcontractors and I can’t say enough about David and Ryan. They were not only professional, but they both bent over backwards to make sure that I was pleased with their cleaning. I cannot praise them enough. I will certainly recommend steam master cleaning to anyone in the future. Please personally thank Ryan and David for their outstanding job.

They did a great job cleaning the carpets. However I feel a little ripped off after their quote. Upon booking the appointment, I was told the technician would give us a quote on the spot and (understandably) a quote could not be given over the phone. I was also taking advantage of the *first 3 rooms free* promotion. Upon inspection their original quote was over $400. Miraculously, they were able to come down in price over $200 off from their original quote in order to complete the service. That just felt like bad business. Appreciative of the work they did, however there was no transparency (or sense) to the pricing.

Jesse showed up with a great attitude, ready to work, he knew exactly what I need to get my carpets looking new again! They have never looked better. I highly recommend this Company for cleaning your home

I had a great experience using Steam Master Cleaning and Restoration's services for deep cleaning my air bnb. A guest left my house smelling soo bad and David and Matt helped us out the same day. Considering that it's Christmas week I really appreciate them coming out to help me last minute. They cleaned the hardwood floors, the rugs, the couches and the tiles. The Pet odor is completely gone. I'm so glad I came across the company and I will reuse them again anytime.

Today Ryan took care of my family cleaning our carpet. He was helpful in so many ways. He was very professional and polite to us. He gave us some more information on what they could do to help us get the outcome we were looking for. The carpet was embarrassingly awful and I never felt judged. The before VS the after(even just in pictures) is amazing. We appreciate him specifically. I also appreciate this company for making this a stress free process. Someone came and gave me a quote along with some information on the services provided, I made an appointment, they came, I paid, the job was done well. No complaints from me so far. Now we are just waiting for the carpet to dry.
I REALLY need to just recommend asking for Ryan. He just went above and beyond to get his work done efficiently, timely, and respectfully. We really appreciate his work and patience with us today!!

My service from Julio & Fabian was great. Upon arrival, they walked my home with me to address all my concerns, and then very promptly provided me with a quote that I was happy with. Before getting started they made sure to protect my corners, edges, and any surfaces that could possibly get damaged from their equipment (much appreciated)! They completed the work efficiently and in a nice amount of time. My carpets look great (especially my area rug, which was my primary concern) and my house smells amazing. They left my floors very clean, which was also important to me. Overall great job, and will use again. Thanks guys!
