I've hired Jim to clean carpets in my rental properties and at my personal residence numerous times. He has a saying, "no one can or will do a better job." I believe that is true!

Copesetic Carpet has over 30 years of experience and it shows. My parents have been using him since I was a kid (in the interest of full disclosure, he is my uncle!). My wife and I purchased a home last year that had been in foreclosure. We couldn't afford to replace all the carpet, which was very dirty and stained. Not only did he clean the carpet so well that it looks almost as good as our new carpet, he even managed to get a huge rust stain out of it! Wow. Needless to say I'm very pleased with his work and will hire him again.

I have used Jim for years and no one does it better! My carpets always look brand new when he leaves. He takes great pride in his work and won't leave until you are satisfied. Having the owner do the work himself makes a big difference. I won't use anyone else!

Jim has always done an excellent job when cleaning our carpets. I've also had him clean our couch and couch pillows and was amazed at how great the results were! It's nice having someone honest and trustworthly, knowing he'll do the job right.

When my water line to my refrigerator broke several years ago, Jim helped me run a new line under my carpet so that it didn't show and the line nor the carpet would be damaged. A+++ service!

Jim came to our house and cleaned our carpets and upholstery before Thanksgiving. He is definitely the best and most honest carpet cleaner that I have ever dealt with. He didn't try and up sell me which is a pet peeve of mine with the larger companies only trying to suck more money from you. Jim seems to really take pride in his work. As long as I am in the Phoenix area, I will always call Jim!

I used Jim last year to clean a "well loved" carpet in a rental and he made it look almost like new. I kept his name and remembered him for my own home. My carpet was pretty dirty and had some cat smell. He did an excellent job cleaning it and my throw rugs. They look great and smell fresh.

I came to know of Jim because a moving company got some of our mattresses dirty during a move and they hired him to clean them. He did a good job and was very nice. Since then I've had him cleaned our carpets and tile grout. Just the other day he fixed the gaps that had developed in our wood floor.
Jim is very knowledgeable about his business, he is personable and had reasonable rates. I highly recommend him.
