We have been using Simply Housekeeping for about 6 months now and their work is very consistent. They do such a wonderful job. My mother who is neurotic with OCD says they’re the best cleaners she’s ever seen and my husband raves on and on about them. Delia and Ivonne are a great team and I would definitely recommend this team and company if you’re looking for very efficient cleaners! On a side note they make wonderful little flowers with your toilet paper and always do nice little touches in our home. When I was gone for a couple of months they helped my husband tremendously with dishes and little tasks around our home. Thank you simply housekeeping for making our lives so much easier!

This review is long overdue. As someone who has always had a cleaning service, when we moved here it took a couple of different cleaning providers before I found Simply Housekeeping. That being said, (Team 7) has been cleaning our home for a couple of months now, and I couldn't be more pleased with the amount of detail they take each time they clean our home. I'm very happy with the level of service Rose provides and the attention to detail Lizabeth and Flor take when they are cleaning our home. Give them an opportunity, you will be happy you did!

This company is the best for house cleaning. We had used another cleaning service for over 2 years and over the last few months the quality had gone down dramatically especially for the price we were paying. I tried Simply Housekeeping last week for a change to compare the two. Team 7 (Gloria and Victoria) came and did a deep cleaning. They were here for almost 4 hours which tells you how much our other cleaning company wasn't getting done. It's been almost a week and house still feels amazing. I am blown away by their attention to detail and our fridge looks brand new. Since then I have cancelled the other company and signed up for bi-weekly going forward. Also, Rose and Maria in the office were great and explained all the costs up front. They even called me twice during the cleaning to make sure I was OK with them staying longer than expected. I've been using Simply Housekeeping for a couple months now, I am extremely pleased at the flexibility and quality of this service, and how easy it is to set up. I have not been pressured to have any sort of recurring cleanings, rather I ask the office when I need a cleaning and they use the baseline cleaning of the 1st time they came to our house to set the pricing which is automatically paid out through my credit card once they finish the job. All of this is really working for us, thanks you for the great work!

Simply Housekeeping conducted several clean-outs for rentals belonging to my previous business of employment. I was always so impressed with their work that I retained their name to resource in the future.
Recently, it came time for me to vacate a rental in which I was residing. Since we had been renting from some amazing friends, it was extra important that it be perfectly clean at our vacancy.
The SH team did a fantastic job! The place was spotless & smelled very clean. Fans were shiny & de-fuzzed, carpeted stairs were fresh, fridge was showroom clean and our friends said they did not detect any animal smells (we have 2 cats, 2 dogs).
The home looked better than when we took it over - which is how we should all return things borrowed from friends :)
I would highly recommend Simply for both business and home cleaning.

I cannot say enough about the quality of service we receive from Simply Housekeeping. They text, call and follow up with any changes I make. The cleaning service is excellent and they physically work around us since we work from home. You will not be disappointed.

Operation Clean (Maria Garcia, her assistant and Tony) are the best!👏🏾👍🏾😁 We called for move out cleaning service as literally the last minute before the holiday. Who does that? They're open 24 hrs/7 days a week. Who does that?? I can't thank them enough for coming through in a pinch. Reasonable rates to boot. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

I have to give a huge shout out to Operation Clean (Maria, Marina, and Lupita). I haven't needed to use a cleaning service in many years, but recently we moved my elderly mother in law in with us, and the caregiving has really put a hit on our time. We just can't keep up with deep cleaning like we want. We saw these ladies recommended by a Nextdoor neighbor and gave them a whirl - our house hasn't been this clean in ages!! They were so professional and very safety minded. Just wonderful to deal with. Very reasonable rates, and worth every penny.

Maria came today and did a deep clean of our home. I can not remember the last time my entire house has been this clean. She pays attention to the details and is efficient and nice. I highly recommend if you need a housecleaner call Maria.

Maria and Norma did such a great job! I requested a deep clean, and they were able to fit me in quickly for an appointment. They pulled out the furniture, cleaned behind it, cleaned all lamp fixtures and cleaned the baseboards. Very pleased with their service and the price was very competitive.

Maria cleaned my house and she left everything super clean she even moved my furniture and cleaned everything!!! I have dogs and lots of hair everywhere. She was recommended by a family member and i was very pleased with the quality work. If you want a super clean home call her now!

Maria moved all of my furniture to clean where it has not been cleaned in a while. I have hired many other people to clean my house but operation clean is truly the best in the business. Maria and her helper were amazing!! They did quality work, super fast. They moved my furniture and left my home spotless!!! Hired to do a move-out cleaning. Fully explained what needed to be done at time of estimate. Asked about how long they anticipated job would take based on information provided for their 2 people (this is an 1100 sq. ft, empty house). I specifically stated that the main requirement was cleaning of the blinds and wiping down the kitchen cupboards that were emptied. Was quote approx. 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Again, when they arrived I covered everything that we had already cleaned and to focus on the specifics of the blind cleaning and cupboards. After 3 hours, I asked how much longer as only the bedroom, main bathroom (the main bathroom had already been cleaned as far as lights and shower - they still were cleaning those items, when I again stated they'd already been done and the same with all the ceiling fans) and den had been done, the kitchen had not been touched. This was an empty house so no furniture in their way nor needing to be done. They stated that they had other jobs and were not close to being done as the blinds took a big amount of time so could they come back. Our walk-thru was scheduled for the next day so I said I would finish the kitchen if they would just clean the blinds to try and help them out. After another 1/2 hour they said they were done and charged me $315. The blinds had been touched but they only smeared the dust and dirt and the cabinets they said they did were not done. The rooms that they said were completed; the windows were done, but smeared in the corners and dirty water drips were all down the wall below the windows; shelves in closets had not been cleaned and the walls by the toilet were dirty like detergent had been slopped on them. So basically it was a waste of $315. I would not recommend this cleaning service unless you want more of a mess.

I cannot recommend Dev and the entire team at 5 Star Cleaning enough! Dev went so far above and beyond that I was truly blown away. Dev demonstrated an incredible attention to detail that left our place even cleaner than when we first moved in - we could tell she took great pride in her work and making sure everything was cleaned extremely well.

​Our place was so immaculate you could practically eat off the floors. Just as impressively, when I texted the office about an initial miscommunication, they called me back immediately to rectify the issue.

The company and their employee Dev are a class act. We will absolutely be using them again and recommending them to everyone we know. I was in a pinch due to an event I was holding and Dev truly saved the day. Thank you Dev!!!!

Alexia cleaned my home and left it sparkling and smelling fresh. She paid attention to detail and asked if there was anything else needed at the end. Shes also super sweet to chat with. My doggies love her and she was great with them as thats important to me.
