House Cleaning reviews in Mesa, Arizona

Due to a relocation, I had to have my home deep cleaned. I had a reservation with a different cleaner who canceled on me on the Friday before the reservation due to not have people available. I contacted Mesa 5 Star just 5 minutes before they were to close and with the very short notice they were able to get me on the schedule for the same day I need.
After the movers had me packed up and moved out; Alexia, Brianna, and Selena came in to clean the whole house.
You never know how much dust collects behind and under things that have not been moved in several years until they are not there anymore.
Alexia, Brianna, and Selena did an amazing job at cleaning everything from the base boards to the ceiling fans.
Thank you for the great job and hopefully my home sells soon.

Dev and Brennan did an amazing job with my home! My son (2yrs) loves mops and when he saw the mop out he was determined to do it. They were so kind and patient to help and teach him to mop the floors! Would recommend and book again!

Eli was an absolute pleasure!! She did a fantastic job! It was a first time clean & she did IT ALL ON HER OWN!! She was so pleasant & did a thorough clean; my floors are shining!! She paid attention to all of my special requests & was very receptive to anything that I pointed out! I would gladly use this service on a regular basis!

Keziah was very helpful in sending me reminders about my next cleaning appointment. I also received a reminder the day of letting me know the cleaner was on her way. Celena was at my house promptly at 9am and she worked hard the whole time. She did a great job mopping the floor - being careful to get every spot. I appreciate your hard work!

Melanie was delightfully friendly and incredibly thorough. She got into nooks and crannies that I haven't touched for years and made the ring around my toilet disappear like magic! Also, my shower door that had hard water stains looks like new! I will definitely have her back. The service costs more than what I have paid in the past, but the quality is also better. I can't wait to have her back to tackle my kitchen and refrigerator! She has a genuine love of cleaning and a sparkling personality!

Celeste and Celina did a phenomenal job doing a deep clean on my home, they were prompt, fast, thorough, and communicated clearly! I will definitely be booking again.

Melanie was my Star Cleaner & was a lovely girl who showed up to clean my home. She texted before arriving and was even a little early. She cleaned all of my top priority items on my list and even spot cleaned a couple items before she left. We did a general walk thru before and after the cleaning. Happy with the outcome and her care taken with my home. She was very polite, quiet while working and pointed out any areas of concern. She also provided me with a maintenance cleaning checklist for any future needs. I’d be happy to have her back at my home again. Thank you Melanie!

Have had several really amazing cleaners from this company, like Sadie and Dev and we're doing weekly now with Alexia and she's doing a fantastic job. Always asks if there's anyrhing else she's can do to ensure customer satisfaction. Anything, I need done or redone (very rarely) she does willingly and without any issues. We have 10 dogs so she's got her work cut out for her at our home with dust and dog hair and she's up for the task. She's a very hard worker and wants to do the best she can do and I appreciate that. ❤️

Mesa 5 Star Cleaning recently completed a post-renovation cleaning for our home with a team of six professionals. Dressed in their black uniforms, they not only looked like a cohesive team but operated like a well-oiled, highly experienced unit.

What truly stood out was the level of detail and care they brought to the job. They didn’t just clean - they meticulously inspected every area, even identifying lingering renovation issues that needed to be added to our punch list. This extra attention to detail was incredibly helpful and very much appreciated.

The team's quality control was excellent. One team member would check another’s work, ensuring that every nook and cranny met the highest standard. It was clear that 100% satisfaction was their goal—and they absolutely delivered.

Each team member was courteous, attentive, and a pleasure with whom to work. We' would especially like to "tip our hats" to Alyssa, Andrea, Dev, Yami, Kayla, and Kylie for their outstanding commitment and service.

I paid for a deep clean and was told that it would be two ppl coming for a 5 hour Job and I needed baseboards, stove and the cabinets wiped. They only sent out 1 person and she didn’t have the proper cleaning supplies or cleaning products to even complete half of the job. She wiped the blinds in my kitchen and not even the glass. She left residue behind. She used some dollar tree type of spray that wouldnt get a washable marker up if you even scrubbed, leaving my stove in the same condition it was in when she arrived. After 3 hrs she stated that thats all that she would be able to do because time was up. She still proceeded to charge my card and the service was no where near complete. I paid for a deep clean, 2.5 bathrooms, baseboards, kitchen, dining and living room. No floors were swept, mopped, or even touched. No baseboards were clean, nothing. Just a half attempt on cleaning the stove and it was just poor. I dont even know how this company calls themselves 5 star. More like -5 star and I called to try to see if they would actually come finish the job since they already received payment and no one has gotten back to me. I want a full refund asap or the job to be completed as I spoke with someone and got a quote about house sq footage and what type of flooring and how many rooms and bathrooms just for them to not get done. This company is a SCAM! Do not book with them! I would try homeaglow before a company like this.

Sadie just cleaned my home for the first time. The result was exceptional. My home wasn't as clutter-free as usual, because I'm in cast after surgery. Plus, I asked her to use my Bissell CrossWave which she wasn't familiar with. But after three hours, the house was sparkling, including the travertine floor. She was fast, careful, thorough, and accommodating... in addition to pleasant and easy to work with. Thank you, Sadie & 5 Star!

My cleaning was with Ciara.
Ciara did a great job and was thorough and meticulous. After completing each task, she asked what else she could do?
She kept a good pace and did not need any direction once she understood the task.
She was scheduled with me by Shay to listened to what I needed
and was very responsive.
I highly recommend both if you would like a professional cleaning!

Mesa 5 Star has been doing bi-weekly cleans for us for a few months now and they have been fantastic. We had some reliability issues with our previous cleaners (why we switched) and Mesa 5 Star has been extremely reliable, which is really important to us. Dev has such a eye for detail and really goes above and beyond (for example, even taking out the diaper genie trash with the other trash, which NO other cleaner has ever done for us). She's spectacular, I've never felt like she missed anything. They are a bit more expensive than any other cleaning team we've hired, but we've also found that the clean is superior, so it's reasonable to us.
