Powerful AC has serviced my 28 year old unit, original to the home, for the past couple summers. The unit had a number of needs which they bandaged, but the parts and freon were becoming scarce. Jesse and his lovely wife Missy knew our family story of my wife being on hospice. They knew the AC would more than likely fail again this summer and they could not allow for my wife to experience the heat. I received a call from Jesse with a plan. They made arrangements for us to be in an Airbnb 2 blocks from our home for the convenience of my wife's needs and caregiving services. Powerful AC showed up one day to demo the old unit and the next day installed the new. They also hired a drywall company to repair areas damaged by previous leaks. Everyone of the company's personnel are polite, conscientious and excellent at their craft. We are humbled by and THANK YOU FOR YOU GENEROSITY AND CARE.

They were great to work with. They were very patient while we worked to figure out finances for our new ac. Price was great. Their staff was very knowledgeable and polite. Because it took a few days to get money in order they provided a small ac for inside so it wouldn't be so bad. I would highly recommend them. They work all over the city.

Tim was friendly, professional, prompt, and very responsive. Came out for a repair, but we ultimately needed a replacement. Got four quotes and his was well below the other three. Unit is running great!

I had some issues with my AC unit and I called one of those $59 tune up ads. Sure enough the tech told me that major work needed to be done and gave me an estimate of $2,600. A friend of mine recommended Dependable Air LLC, so I called and when Tim arrived, he went over the system and quoted me a 1/3 of the other guys quote. Needless to say I agreed to the work and AC unit still runs like champ!

Dependable Air is just that… Dependable!!! While I was waiting for my unit to be ordered back in July they called me every day to make sure I had working air and wasn’t without. The installation was professional and seamless.
I recently had a question and they responded with in a few minutes. They offered to come out if there was anything I needed.
They are very reasonable in their pricing and didn’t try to gouge me or sell me something I didn’t need. They are reliable, respectful and professional.

Dependable Air is my go to for air conditioning/heating maintenance and repair. Last Summer the compressor broke down and Tim was promptly there to fix it. Today he inspected the system to make sure it was up and running for the upcoming hot weather. Prompt and friendly service at bargain prices. Highly recommended.

WOW…I can’t say enough about Dependable Air, I was in an emergency situation and needed a new unit last October, a friend recommended Tim. With one phone call he was there within 24 hours. His customer service skills are outstanding. He has already returned to my house to make sure everything was working properly before our summer heat returns.

Tim the owner returned my call promptly regarding our AC concerns. Tim personally cane to our home within a few days to check our AC. Our AC is 18 years old and we’ve manage to band aid it all of 3 years during the COVID. Tim took his time to explain the options and provided multiple approaches to replacing both units knowing it would be a financial burden on the family. We decided to replace both units vs investing more money into band aids. His team came out promptly to do the install. They were all extremely polite and professional from start to finish. Arrived early and by 1100 I had a new 4Ton split unit installed. His quote was almost 200 lower. During
the install, they noticed that I didn't need new fuse box and reduced the cost. They vacuumed and used shoe covers to respect my NO shoes inside home.. Great group of workers that enjoy working with each other.

I just had 2 Trane and 3 Goodman HVAC split-system units installed residentially and commercially by Tim and his installation team. Several of the evaporator / air handlers were located in tight spaces, The installation crew did not cut any corners, and took care to properly fit and seal the metal ductwork transitions. All the installations were performed in a timely and professional manner. Tim, the owner, is knowledgeable, honest, personable, and takes great pride in providing exceptional customer service.
