If I could give 10 stars I would. I can honestly say Powerful AC is the most trustworthy, professional and courteous company I’ve ever dealt with. They arrived within an hour of calling, fixed the issue in 5 minutes and treated us like family. If you ever have an AC issue, there is only one company to call…POWERFUL AC!!! Thanks again guys, you’re the best in Arizona!! We will be a customer for life! Update: 3 years later, still using them and they’re still awesome!!

This was truly a very positive experience. Yes I hated to spend the money for a new unit, but the crew and Jessie were amazing. He honored his price and went way above doing just the minimum. He made sure the unit was going to run at 100% of its capabilities and the venting was more than enough. The crew was very professional and Jessie’s knowledge is second to no one. Jesse & his team were great to work with. They responded quickly to my call and came out immediately to evaluate our AC system. Their quotes came back extremely fast and were very reasonable and Jesse gave us multiple options based on our budget. As for the work done, they did an amazing job, they came in the very next day with everything they needed to install a full new AC system, air handler, and condenser included! They also made sure to clean up all materials and left our house in the same shape as they found it which I greatly appreciated. Excellent customer service and quick service. My AC went out in the late afternoon and they had it fixed 2 hours later. My home warranty company said it would be 7 days before a technician could come out.

Phenomenal service! I noticed my house was getting hot on the hottest day of the summer and they responded within an hour. The whole problem was solved within 90 minutes of me even noticing there was an issue with the AC. Can’t say enough good. My family is so thankful for your quick service!

Excellent service. Called Friday night at 6:30 when ac went out. Jesse was here at 7:30. Came Saturday morning at 5am as promised and completely done at 10:00. Everything cleaned up and have cold air. And reasonably priced!
