Western States Home Services provided the HVAC system inspection we needed before purchasing our new home. They tested the system thoroughly and gave us a detailed report. I am grateful for their service and would recommend them highly.

I've been a customer of Western States since 2009. They have done a lot (A LOT) of work for me - from AC to Insulation and Sealing to plumbing. They are of very high integrity and quality. Steve, who I worked with in the beginning is an outstanding guy and has since been promoted. Kevin, the most recent tech to come out, was kind, considerate and knew his stuff. Highly recommend him and Western. One thing to note in all honesty, I feel you pay a premium with Western. But, you get what you pay for - premium service. Western has always taken care of any issues that have arisen and I appreciate them a lot.

We recently hired western states for a sewer line replacement in our house and I cannot recommend them enough. They were very upfront throughout the whole process in terms of pricing, timeline and everything that was needed to be done. If you want a plumber who knows what they’re doing then ask for Kevin, he was awesome.

Kevin from Western States came out to do a tune-up on our HVAC systems as part of our maintenance contract, and he was excellent. He took the time to clearly explain what he was seeing, what was working well, and what might need attention down the road — all in a way that was easy to understand and not at all pushy. If that’s your forte gave great advice about electrical care and maintenance care and what to look for moving forward PS a nice touch on his invoice. Western States Home Services represented by Jason is an exceptionally good company. Jason went through the options of air conditioning equipment and finance services very clearly and thoroughly. We accepted their quote and hired them to install a new air conditioner in our home. They did the work in 5 hours very professionally including a thorough cleanup afterwards. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy company dealing in air conditioning equipment.

They’ve done it again. We’ve had our units under warranty with Western States for a few years now. We had Jason come out for routine maintenance and he was amazing. He answered all my questions, was polite and respectful from the very beginning to the very end. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest. I will continue to recommend them for any work.
