My house was above 90 degrees in the middle of July. I called up the Arizona Cooling Company at like 5pm on a Friday night. The owner answered the call; they were predictably slammed with calls and may not be able to get anyone out to help me that night. Turns out he lives in my neighborhood, and just got home after a long day of work. He was at my house within an hour and was able to fix my system and get my house cooled down within an hour. So thankful for this company and his service. I'll be a customer for life now!

I had a client who’s AC unit stopped working in Casa Grande. They had reached out to another AC company and was told they couldn’t fix the problem and only option was a new Unit $20k (they even offered them financing). They contacted me and I reached out to Dave with Arizona Cooling Company. They sent out a tech and fixed the AC for $800. The unit is old and will eventually need to be replaced but now they can start to save for it. Thank You to Arizona Cooling Company for helping my clients!! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Great company, I am very happy with their service and products. They installed a Master Kool Evap cooler for me. They were thorough and went through my attic and measured and installed new ducts, water line, and thermostat, the other businesses that I requested estimates from did not even go into my attic. They also did maintenance on my AC unit and they go the extra step and thoroughly clean the unit/s. Thank you Az Cooling, I will continue to use you and have recommended your company to my friends!

Thinking we needed new ductwork, we contacted Home Adviser who suggested Dave Porter from Arizona Cooling Company. Dave was professional, courteous and honest. He advised us, while our system was older, it was holding up just fine and we were not needing repair or replacement! He drove out to Buckeye from Florence and didn’t even charge a service fee. Awesome experience with AZ Cooling Co! Both our AC units went out within hours of each other, on 114 degree July day of course, and AZ Cooling came out next day, same day, and had us up and running. Honest and fair. We’ll definitely be calling them again without hesitation!

Our AC went out at 8:00PM, I have kids and animals in the home and this couldn't wait. Our service tech (David) came over quickly, explained everything to us and provided us with a temporary fix until the appropriate parts could be obtained the next day. After calling around for a few days they were by far the quickest to install my new Mini Split and the people were all amazing. They were so nice and friendly. They were very professional the install looks amazing and they were also the cheapest. A combo you don't see too often. I would strongly suggest them

There was a windstorm on Saturday night and a big tree in our backyard blew over and hit our roof and hit our AC unit which was brand new. Our AC unit stopped working, made a hole in the side coils and completely damaged the top fan so it wouldn’t spin. I called Saturday night and Dave was out first thing Saturday morning! He ordered the parts that we needed and did a difficult repair. While we waited, he offered to let us use a window unit to keep us cool. He answered all our questions and was upfront and honest. He showed up promptly and never late! He was such a kind, funny, knowledgeable guy! Glad that we did business with him!

They were awesome and did a great job. Was able to get a mini split installed from Mexico no problems at fair price. Did a clean install along the house. Definitely recommend.

Johnathan came to my house and fixed my A/C in damn near 20 minutes after two other companies had told me I was either going to have to replace my A/C, or buy a part for $3700. After a week of not having any air in the house, I sit here and write this and can now confidently say that this will be the only A/C company I use from here on out. Very thorough, very professional, and they aren't out to gouge your wallet. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

We had to replace our AC unit, and the owner himself came to give us a consult when no techs were available due to my mother having COPD and I having cancer with the summer heat. He gave us a quote that was 4k lower than a competitor. He went above and beyond. This company is honest and caring, thanks again so much!

My AC had been having issues for a few days and I couldn't get anyone to come out, and none were within less than a week for a visit could be done. They came out SAME DAY! My unit was fixed and closed up within two hours. Ben Sandoval did the work and was honest, courteous, hard-working, and clean cut. I would absolutely recommend this company to family and friends.

The experience was great from the booking to the invoicing. The office was very easy to talk with and booked the appointment quickly. The tech showed up a few minutes early and went right to work at the scheduled time. He was very easy to talk with and resolved all my issues/ concerns. They were competitively priced as well. They were able to install a new ac within few days of us calling because ours broke. Install was fast, there was zero cleanup. They balanced the vents and the house cools equally now. I was impressed with all aspects of the install from the technicians and even the owner did the install.

Our AC went out this long weekend in the evening and Dave at AZ Cooling drove an hour and a half to give us same day relief as it was the hottest day of the year at 114. Wonderful service and done in a half hour at most. Nobody else (that advertised 24 hour service) would come out….don’t advertise if you can’t deliver. Please think of them when you need service and they have a special at $149 (per year) for a check on your AC and a separate check on your heating with 10 percent off parts.

Amazing company! My ac went out at the worst possible time at 9 pm on a Saturday on the hottest day of the year. I have three kids, pets and my wife and myself. After calling in and speaking to an actual human I received a call from their on call tech Dave porter within just a few minutes. He asked a few questions and said he would be right out. He came was able to diagnose the problem quickly and got it repaired within minutes. While the services he provided were priceless the prices were more than fair for what he did for us that night. Dave and his team did an amazing job on our new split system change out. He was very thorough and informative on his initial inspection and gave us multiple options to choose from....and his prices are very fair. They were on time, clean, courteous and honest. Ultimately we upgraded to a 16 seer 2 stage and couldn't be happier so far. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great AC (and sometimes heating) company. Thank you Dave!
