Dave went above and beyond to get my a/c up and running again. We had a trip planned and the a/c went out the day before we were to leave. He met us early that morning, and was able to fix it that day 🙂 I would highly recommend this company 😉

I had them check my a/c before the start of summer to see if everything was ok before it hit 100. The tech Jeremy was quick and very professional. He explained how the system was working in human terms and didn't try to unnecessarily upsell us. Good people to deal with and would highly recommend.

Tech was courteous, professional, and answered all my questions. Repair was quick and have had no issues since. Final cost was 30% higher than initially quoted. Reason given was due to the part costing more than expected. Only other thing of note is callback timeframes quoted were exceeded by an hour or so each time. Overall, we had a pretty positive experience and would use their service again

My AC went out while trying to install a new Nest thermostat. My house got super hot super fast. We were frantically trying to get the AC working again, we tried putting the old thermostat back on but no luck. It was now 9pm and the house was almost 90 degrees. I couldnt tell if this was a thermostat problem, an AC problem, or a fuse problem. I started to panic and my kids were sweating buckets. I called a few places that advertised that they were 24 hours but the only company that answered was Arizona Cooling. The woman who answered the phone was so pleasant and kind as she took down my info. I recieved a very prompt call back from Dave and he helped us do some trouble shooting over the phone and if that didnt work he was going to come see us first thing in the morning. His suggestions worked like a charm and my children, animals, and I were cooling off in no time. I really appreciate Dave taking the time and being so patient to talk me through a hectic situation so late at night. 10/10 customer service and will definitely book with Dave if my AC ever acts up again!

Dave is truly a life saver. My unit went out on Thursday and I called Penguin Air since they had been recommended to me by my neighbor. They were scheduled to come out Friday between 8am and noon. I called Penguin mid-afternoon and was told their technician was running late but I was still on their schedule. Around 5pm I received a text stating that I was being cancelled and they could get to me on Sunday or Monday. I found Az Cooling Co on Yelp. I called and got an app't for Saturday at noon. Dave showed up (on time), diagnosed the problem, and had my unit working in no time. The charge was very reasonable and there was no up-charge. Dave appears to be honest and trustworthy and seems to know what he is doing. He will be my go-to for all HVAC issues.
