This company has amazing customer service! Called to get a look at my ac and had their technician Joel W. come out the same day. He was very friendly and helpful!! Definitely will recommend to others

We had our heating system checked out as routine maintenance per our contract agreement. The young man, Joel, was on time, very professional and very thorough, plus he was a really nice guy! 👍

Jalen was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained what he did and recommended how to help our ac run better and more efficient. Would highly recommend Jalen and Western States. Jalen has done as others have tred to do, that is to have our ac cool the house to the degree we put the thermostat. Unfortunately, nothing that they have done has solved the problem. Jalen tweeked the thermostat and in the morning seemed to be cooler in the house, but as soon as it begins to warm up outside, the house gets warmer and doesn't go below 79 degrees. When the night cools the thermostat drops and the house but the next day it is the same thing all over again.

Tanner was our technician, and we hope to have him as our regular. He’s got a lot of knowledge and
experience, and a great personality.

Tanner was great.. He checked out the whole system for us and explained some of the concerns we had. He took his time and didn't try to rush through his check of the system.

Our Tech Michael provided an honest opinion and various options from just replacing the blower to buying a new unit altogether. Ultimately, a new unit was the best choice for us long term. The company over performed based on my expectations. We are very happy with the performance of the unit and the install. A big plus for us was that Western States sells and installs Carrier units. The dual fan design works really well for our house!

I've sent emails, no response. You guys put the wrong machine on my roof and fully admitted it. But now after taking 2 days pay off you want to charge me 1800 to make it work right. Hope about you come take this one off, put the right one on and all will be fine no cutting into my home, no extra ducting, and no more charges

Tanner did a great job in troubleshooting and repairing my heating. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Western States Home Services.

Joel was courteous and knowledgeable about all things A/C related. He was on time and ensured all of our systems were working correctly. Western States should be your first call when it comes to plumbing and A/C as they are always quick to answer the phone and have dependable and knowledgeable employees to assist with any issues you have.

Kevin was on time,provided us with suggestions to address our particular circumstances and took the time to explain options. He gave us great customer service and I have no hesitation recommending him to everyone who is in need of a plumber.

Jalen Godfrey was out to do the 6month service today and as always has done an excellent job. Efficient and clearly knows his stuff. Always happy to talk through detailed electrical and mechanic questions related to my system, it definitely puts my mind at ease having someone who is so proficient at what they do looking after my homes HVAC.

For HVAC, i needed 2nd opinion on the quote provided another source since my house is less than 5 years. Tanner The Technician who came to check, he has been so nice and was carefully looked at all and provided the feedback what extacly problem. Knowing well it is free service, still he did excellent job. Unfortunately, i could not proceed due to the huge price difference, otherwise i would highly recommend this company and Tanner if you are looking for HVAC repairs.

Six months ago, I purchased a new Carrier A/C unit from Western States Services. From the initial sales meeting to the installation, I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the staff. Rolando did a fantastic job of install, in an area that required some removal of trim, cutting, plaster and painting to install in a bedroom attic. It looks perfect. The HVAC Tech Joel came out today for a complementary 6 month service check. He installed a surge protector and shared his knowledge relating to filter types and changes. This company has wonderful people working for them.

Can’t speak highly enough of Kevin’s approach to customer service and the expert level of knowledge he brings with him. Kevin helped us troubleshoot and diagnose a lingering issue and we really appreciated his professionalism. Highly recommend this gentleman.

The technician is always very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. I love the fact that they don’t pressure you into anything. They just tell you how to better your system if and when you can afford it. I appreciate the honesty and the good work.

Oh my goodness..this company is great. Our A/C wasn't working right. We had two different companies come out before Western States Home Service. One charged us and didn't fix anything. The other just wanted to sell us a new unit. Western States was so great. They communicated well, answered our questions and fixed our unit so it works great. They said this unit may have 15 years left. We are so thankful they saved us so much money. Highly recommend them!

Jason was great! He arrived early and was very thorough in explaining our options for our air conditioning system. He also went ahead and scheduled our next service appointment so I don’t have to worry about that. Highly recommend Western States.

Tanner and Western States saved me thousands of dollars by rescuing me from an unnecessary major AC repair. For over seven years, I've used Company X for service. On Tuesday, Sept 9, 2025, they sent two 'seasoned' technicians to diagnose why my unit wasn't blowing cold air.

A blown capacitor on the Easy Start component was identified as the initial cause of the problem. In addition, they claimed the capacitor cause the compressor to fail and needed to be replaced. As 'proof,' they showed me a picture of a Megohmmeter. A major red flag was that they never even removed the fan to access the compressor.
I then called Western States for a second opinion. Tanner quickly and properly accessed the compressor and found nothing wrong with it. It took Tanner about 3 minutes to correct the initial issue and the AC started right up and ran perfectly. He also checked that the compressor was operating at manufacturers specifications.
