Dave is the owner, and is very involved in the total install process. Juan and helper did my mini split installation, very knowledgeable and polite and hard working. My install looks fantastic and runs unreal. I am very happy I chose AZ. Cooling. 2 days ago had them service the main unit to my house, Jeremy was the service technician and was outstanding, on time,professional and cleaned up the insulation that fell from attic. I highly recommend AZ. Cooling, they were exceptional.

Installed new HVAC system as part of a remodel project to add a home theater. Job included reworking existing supply lines into the theater and creating zones. Nobody else wanted to do a zone system because of a lack of experience. Dave knew how to do the zones and was a pleasure to work with.

Friendly and professional service. I only had a small job to do but because of the size no other company would take it. Jeremy was fantastic to work with and very personable. I will definitely use them again!

Joel you are a life saver. I was sitting home all day waiting for another company to come by to see what was wrong with my AC. I have a toddler and the house has was 93. We were miserable and hot. Sitting here 3 hours after the appointment time and still no show. Joel was recommended to us from another neighbor and he didn’t hesitate to come over to assist. Literally with in 5 minutes he came over. He was very friendly and knowledgeable too. We will definitely make sure Western States gets recommended to everyone we know.

I have had Michael come out to my house twice for my AC. He is very friendly and personable and explains things in detail to me. When my AC went out on a Friday night he was able to get an install crew to get me a new one Saturday instead of waiting until Monday which made for a much nicer weekend.

Jason came out last minute on a Friday and was able to get me a water heater same day.

If I could leave 0 stars I would but it won’t give me the option. So we’ll start here , we went with western ac for a new unit and they installed a unit smaller than what we had , now we have a brand new unit that has been giving us problem since installed . Now issue once again system is not cooling and they have the nerve to tell me it’s because we live in filth and don’t change the filters ! Don’t use them !!!

Jonathan Noce did a thorough evaluation of my a/c unit's condition and recommended several items that should extend my 16 year old unit's useful life. He explained the reasons for his recommendations supported by photos in a logical manner. Upon my approval, he installed the recommended parts and cleaned the unit and it should now hopefully function well for many more years.

Have been with Western States for years. Jason and Jalen are exceptionally knowledgeable, respectful, and personable, and I trust them with all my HVAC needs and updates.

We trust Kevin. Very professional, kind and knowledgeable. This was our final appointment for maintenance on our existing contract. We renewed for four more years. Our units are fairly new and under warranty which is why we have them here. You have to properly maintain units for the manufacturer warranty to be in force. Based on past performance, the operational quality of our units, good advices and attitudes, we will continue to work with this fine company.

Kevin came out to perform maintenance on my water heater. He was very nice and friendly. Very nice company to work with even the representatives I speak with over the phone have been super friendly.

Western States Home Services replaced our 33 year old system in about 6 hours. The price was very reasonable and the crew was courteous and efficient in their work. We are definitely going to call them again if the need arises.
