We had just got back from our cabin up north. Walked in the house and it was 100 degrees. I had used Norris Air before, so I called they very politely told me it would be around an hour before the would be here. So around five minutes early a nice young man named Angel showed up. He immediately started checking the unit, within 15 minutes he told me what was bad. He also instructed me on how to put the filter in. It made so much sense when explained it. He replaced the two items that were bad, and fixed some wires. He then told us the unit is 13 years old, and asked if we would like a quote for a new unit for some time down the road. His replacement of the parts fixed the unit. When you’re thinking $8,000.00 dollars, $700.00 isn’t bad. Very polite and nice young man. Kudos to Norris for hiring Angel. Rick and Sonja Denney.

Dan was my technician and I felt he was very trustworthy. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My drain line was clogged. He not only cleared the line, he added a t pipe so that it would drain even better. Very happy with the result.

Installed Air Cleaner to our system. They did great and always do. They make suggestions to help your system but never pressure you into buying.

Very disappointed in the service from this company. The heat kit was not working on our HVAC unit. A technician from Norris Air came to take a look. After a brief diagnosis, he stated that he would be unable to get parts for our 16-year old unit, and that we would need to fully replace the unit at a cost of $7,400 (their quote). It seemed as if he had little interest in fixing the existing unit, and just wanted to sell me a new one. A few days later, I had another company look at the unit. The technician drove to his supplier and came back with a new heat kit in 20 minutes. He fully fixed our heat kit in less than two hours and charged me $400.

There is a very good reason I have trusted Norris Air to service my HVAC equipment….they are the best. I have never had a bad experience nor felt that I was not respected. Thanks to Darien especially for his professional and friendly service.

TheA/C in my home suddenly stopped on an extremely hot evening. Legion was highly recommended to me and after my desperate call to them, they arrived within 30 minutes, repaired my AC unit and restored cool air in my home. I will recommend this business to others.

Another awesome job by this company! A/C unit blew a startup capacitor. Not only did Kyle fix the capacitor but he also walked me through what he was doing, replaced some wiring he noticed needed attention, and explained what might be causing the AC issues I have had these past two summers. Definitely recommend and will be using again for any future HVAC needs! 🤘🏽

My AC took a dump and a coworker referred me over to Kyle. I reached out at 8pm thinking I wouldn’t hear back until the next day. To my surprise, he was over at 11pm to diagnose. I ended up getting a new unit but he gave me a temporary fix for my old unit to hold me over until installation. Kyle is extremely professional and I could not recommend enough.

I had an urgent A/C issue, and I'm so glad I contacted Legion Residential Heating and Cooling. Their response time was impressive, and they quickly identified the problem as a faulty capacitor. The technicians efficiently fixed it, and now my A/C is working perfectly again. I can't thank them enough for their prompt and effective service during this emergency. Highly recommended!

Kyle is literally amazing!!! Had another company out that was going to charge us $1600 after a diagnostic of $250.
They were going to have to order parts that was going to take quite some time called Kyle and he was here within 20 minutes of me calling him on his way home from work on a Friday. Fixed it for only $620 and we are cool again!!!!
