There are so many companies out there, call B Cool. Called them when our AC stopped working. Austin arrived (same day) and was able to diagnose and repair the AC. We have an older unit and there was no pressure to upgrade. Great communication, professionalism and repairs were above and beyond! B Cool has a customer for life.

B Cool Air Conditioning & Heating came out quick when one of our AC units died last summer and installed 2 new units, and I LOVE how cool my house stays now in the summer! Before I had to always keep my shades closed during the hottest part of the day because my old ones couldn’t keep up and it would get too warm inside. Now I can have my shades open all day during the summer, which means no more Arizona seasonal depression!

Tech was very experienced and knowledgeable.
He was in and out quickly and very pleasant to work with.
He explained we had one issue that needed looking into but we didn't need to do it at the time of the visit so it wasn't actually endangering us or the unit.

I had my ac go out in the middle of summer. B Cool technician came out and was very professional and explained the process of getting the repairs done in a way that I understood and knew that they weren’t taking advantage of me. I don’t usually write reviews but this company B Cool air conditioning & heating has far exceeded my expectation. I had a rattling kinda scraping sound coming from my air condition grill so I called a competitor to diagnose the problem. I was advised that it was my condenser motor and blower motor, was given a ridiculous high estimate and was advised that I needed a new unit since my unit is 14yrs old. I later started searching for another HVAC company to get another estimate, that’s when I came across B cool and called them. I spoke with JP who later sent Austin to diagnose the problem, he came to my house that same day. Very long story short, that rattling, scraping sound was just the grill cover not completely closed, once it was closed, the noise stopped. The condenser motor was fine, it was just the blower motor which was showing a very high meter number, so it definitely needed to be replaced. I was shocked to find out that it wasn’t as bad as the other competitor mentioned. Austin never pressured me or even mentioned getting a new unit. I just inquired about it. The next day Austin and JP came to fix that motor and made sure the air conditioning was working properly.
Thank you for being so honest and explaining things to where I understood and giving me a choice instead of being pressured. I definitely will recommend this company to my friends and will continue to use them.

BCOOl Air has been our go to for years now! They are extremely prompt with their service and help maintain our old units as well as giving us great prices on new units. They are extremely knowledgeable and do the things they say they will do! I recommend them to anyone who asks me!

BCOOL Air came out and did routine maintenance on both units in my house. Scheduling was so easy and JP was prompt and respectful in his replies. He also gave a reminder that they would need access to the attic, which is in our master closet. I appreciate that they covered the clothes hanging in our closet so that any dust or dirt didn't fall onto them. I was given a 2 hour window and they showed up promptly and within the window scheduled. Both were polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. I appreciate the recommendations made without feeling like I was being "sold" on something. Thanks BCOOL Air!

BCOOL provided excellent service when our air conditioning condenser went out in the middle of summer. They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and kept us updated throughout the repair process. When the replacement part was delayed by the vendor, they even supplied a portable unit to keep our home comfortable in the meantime. Great customer service and highly reliable—would definitely recommend!

Brian is the BEST! He has made us very confident that we now have a partner to keep up with our AC unit. We signed a 5 year contract to have him service it yearly and then do any upkeep with a great discount! His advice has already paid off and lowered our monthly bills. We recommend him to everyone!
