Alberto was referred to me by my neighbor just before my AC motor went down on a Saturday as I was getting ready for company. Alberto sacrificed his lunch break to take care of me at price close to what it would have cost to do it myself. He was fast and thorough, cleaning my roof unit as part of the service call. I couldn’t be happier!

Beto and Tony came out for my hvac tune up. They were efficient and made sure everything was clean and ready for summer. Both were extremely knowledgeable and discussed options and pros/cons of repair vs replacement of my almost 20yr old unit. The company communicated via text with the appointment window when I booked and kept me updated with a reminder the day before my service and an 'on the way' message the day of. I would recommend Salt River Air to all family and friends!

My family cannot say thank you enough to Salt River Air! I almost never leave reviews but I felt compelled to leave this one as I am so impressed. Our air conditioner went out for the 2nd time in a week this past Sunday and Salt River Air came to the rescue. It’s been over 110 degrees the past week or so and having our ac unit crap out on us during this time was incredibly difficult. Not only did salt river air accommodate us initially in a very timely manner (within two days of calling during the week of the 4th of July!) but they made sure to schedule the follow up appointment we needed extremely quickly as well. Once they were able to get the part needed, they process was so smooth and they were very thorough in making sure our unit was working properly. The amazing gentleman who had already spent hours working on our unit in the 110 degree heat even stayed around half an hour after that just to make sure there were no issues. This company is such a great asset and I would highly recommend to anyone who needs their ac fixed quickly and efficiently. Again, thank you so much! You have no idea how much this helped our family.

I had shopped around and had been told by other companies what a tough job my AC would be, and they were quoting accordingly.

This has to be on of the easiest most seamless experiences. Alberto was extremely professional and trustworthy and walked me through each of the processes. I had a vent installed and a new Nuve thermostat. Alberto and Tony walked me through the systems, what is required, how to change my filter etc. I am incredibly happy choosing Salt River Air and will recommend them to others!

Our AC was struggling to hold temps at 80°. Alonzo showed up at approximately 7 pm. I had a quote for replacement by 10 pm. Alonzo and his outstanding crew replaced my new 5 ton AC unit by noon the next day. Great crew. Great service. I'll never call anyone else for AC services.

Julio is just a top notch guy. He came to our home to fix the furnace and fixed it within 10 minutes, but ended up seeing a problem with our AC and came back to fix it and clean it up along with the furnace as well. Without his help, our AC probably would've stopped working in the middle of the heat in the summer.

Alberto came out to my restaurant, The Gold Stallion, on Saturday. I had an estimate by Monday and they did the install on Tuesday. I am very pleased that I could keep my restaurant running with cold air and happy guests because of their help. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
