Inspections, Service and Repairs--I call or refer Skylar @ Bulletproof Mechanical EVERY TIME I hear of a client, friend or family that needs an honest and knowledgeable HVAC Technician for a repair, service, inspection or new unit.

I had originally set up for a different company to come out for install and they dropped the ball. Literally never responded for request to find out when they'd arrive. Skylar answered and showed within an hour for install. I've been without heat for a month and time was of the essence. He was extremely professional, did the job right, and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend. Install is the most important and for the price you can't beat these guys.

Skylar and Devin just completed an installation of a new AC unit and a new mini split AC. Not only did they work hard, they were extra careful and creative to make it look aesthetically pleasing. I really appreciated the extra time and effort they put into their work.

My A/C was not working, Bulletproof Mechanical came out in June and rewired things so air was constantly blowing even while on off setting. Called to have issue fixed and landlord used a different company who is now having issues adding switch board because Bulletproof Mechanical messed with wiring so bad.

This review is loooong over due. I’ve been using Bulletproof Mechanical since they first went into business a few years ago, and I have had nothing but good experiences with them since. I could go and on about all the different things they’ve handles for me over the years, but I’ll keep this short and sweet.

My family has a wholesale food distribution business, and it requires many of our products to be kept in cooler temperatures. We have a large building with multiple AC units, and a couple of large walk-in coolers and freezers with hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of product in the building, so you can see how vital keeping proper temperatures can be for us. These guys have been there to replace entire units, compressors, do routine maintenance, reroute duct work, and kept everything in the best shape possible over the years. They also maintain my home HVAC, along with a handful of other friends homes.

I don’t ever plan on calling anyone else as long as these guys are in business. They’re honest, hard working, and good at what they do. It’s refreshing to not have to worry or wonder if I’m getting ripped off or if the work is being done properly. Thank you for the years of service guys, and I look forward to many more.

I’ve used Bulletproof Mechanical a couple of times now and they’re great and do a very good job. They are our go to HVAC company for sure. They even came out on short notice when our system wasn’t blowing out cool air. They were a life saver, especially in the July heat in AZ! I can’t recommend them enough, use Bulletproof Mechanical and you won’t be disappointed.

Like most people, when it comes to getting my AC worked in, I'm always concerned about getting over-charged. That's why I decided to only choose a repair company based on a personal recommendation.

Bulletproof was a recommendation from a friend when I had a issue 2 years ago. Skylar fixed my mini-split system back then. My experience was great but I didn't think about writing a review and I should have.

Fast forward to yesterday... My mom called to tell me that Hob**** Services strongly recommended that we replace the 10 year old unit (that she sets to 86 degrees all summer).
I immediately called BulletProof. That was less than 12 hours ago and now the unit is fixed. It had a leak. That's all.

These guys are fast, reasonably priced, and most of all HONEST!

All I can say is WOW! This is my second time using Bulletproof Mechanical. I just had a new thermostat installed at my home today and felt compelled to write an honest review. These guys are awesome; fair pricing, honest, trustworthy, professional, reliable; everything you want in a contractor. Showed up five minutes early and were in and out like it never happened. They even took the time to show me how to use my new thermostat and answered all my questions (trust me, I asked a lot)! 15/10 would recommend! Thanks Skylar and Devin!

This has to be the most friendly company I ever had to deal with, carlos came with a great attitude and had my ac running within the same day, this company can definitely knows how to do good customer service, I will be expecting him next week to do full maintenance on all my systems thanks a lot Carlos.

From when I call to when he left my restaurant very professional, as a restaurant owner is very important to have a company that’s reliable and on time, the technician they send was very nice and had a great attitude, he fix the problem I had with my walking cooler in a few minutes and was back the next day to perform a full maintenance. I will definitely call them next summer to do a maintenance on the rest of my restaurant equipment!

Carlos did a great job getting the walk in fridge replaced and cooling like a champ. Also, serviced a couple package units and we are ready for the summer. Highly recommend!!!

The first word that comes to mind is unethical. We called up this company... interested in an estimate. They let us know that they'd gladly swing by and provide a quote. We've received just under a dozen quotes thus far, this company was amongst our top 2 choices. Nearly 2 weeks have gone. I just received a text saying that they are expecting a payment of $120 if we decide to work with another company. None of this was ever disclosed. This is unethical unprofessional and immoral...not to mention deceptive and deceitful. Needless to say, this company just lost our business and our trust.

Needed a quick solution to my A/C problem since it’s now summer and while everybody else I called couldn’t provide me with one Carlos showed up and did everything the same day. I am very impressed with his work ethic. Very respectful as well as professional! I definitely recommend.

Carlos was very professional and on time when my wine cellar broke. I had call a few companies and they seem to be in a rush very unprofessional, Carlos actually took his time and fix my unit on the same day, I’m very happy with the service I would definitely use them again.
