Very rare these days, as the company before that tried to sell me a new ac unit, and all that was wrong was a capacitor...They are reliable, and respond quickly...I have nothing but great things to say about this company...I wouldn't use anyone else....Im so glad that I found them and am able to tell others about a really great company

I bought the EasyStart unit and the guys came out, did the install quick and easy for a really reasonable price. They followed up with support on the control app. They were friendly and personable, I recommend this place highly.

I wish I could provide more stars. They deserve more than 5 stars. We explained the issue and what several other HVAC companies told us and the other companies just wanted to take us to the cleaners price wise. Chilled Haven did not. They told us what they plan on doing and did that and more. Prices are great, show up before the scheduled time (awesome), and extremely trustworthy in my eyes. This company lives by the hand shake methodology that 90% of other companies have lost. I will say it again Chilled Haven is trustworthy. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. I tell everyone that I meet that's looking for a trustworthy company to contact them. Use them and don't hesitate.

Ryan came out on a Saturday. I'm aways uneasy with repairs that need done on anything because I feel they will talk me into something I don't really need. So, I had my son come over since I wouldn't have any idea what the repair person was talking about. But Ryan did a great job & didn't try to pressure me into something I don't need or can't afford right now. I think next time I will be ok without my son coming over. My son even wanted Ryan's business card because he was impressed....and it takes a lot to impress my son!
