We were told to spend more money by other A/C companies and Kevin was upfront with us and told us the pros & cons to fixing our compressor or replacing a 17 year old unit. Kevin was absolutely amazing. I was recommended to go with Cool Quest from a friend when my AC broke last night. I called at 7am today and by 10:30am my AC was fixed and running smoothly. He gave advice on how to keep this from happening so quickly in the future and was friendly and professional. And the cost was not high for the service and timing. Needed a mini-split unit in my daughter's bedroom serviced that wasn't draining properly, and Maggie scheduled a tech on the same day that I called. She gave me a one-hour appointment window between 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm, and the tech arrived soon after 12:00 noon

Chris diagnosed the problem as dirty coils on the indoor unit. He cleaned the indoor unit, inspected the outdoor unit, and tested both cooling and heating.

Very impressed with the service! I told my wife that we've found a new HVAC company.

Steve Day is something of an air conditioning magician. We had advanced issues with an undersized unit and undersized ductwork that other big name valley companies couldn’t solve. Because of Steve’s vast building experience, he was able to understand our unique problems and make structural changes to our house in order to increase the amount of airflow. My family has never been more comfortable, summer or winter, and we owe that to Day Advanced.

Day installed 2 units and replaced all duct work for us in our home. They had the best price, were professional and we love are new system. I recommend them if you are looking to replace your system

100% recommend!! I had an air conditioner that needed replaced. They were quite (I never heard the repair men) polite , and very professional. They also brought up my trash cans from the curb for me (I walk with a cane). Which was beyond their job description. They informed me of what to expect and when there was an unexpected issue they fixed it without charging for it.

With APS's new rates and time of day plans I needed my A /C running at top efficiency. Day:s crew was timely and kept me informed on what was needed. Polite and professional at all times. No surprise. They were this good 9 years ago when they replaced both of my A/C units. Honest with fair price. I have recommended them to many friends.

I was having major issues with my handling unit as well as the air conditioning unit in my Condo at the end of May. As us Arizonan's know, that when summer starts to rear its nasty head, and literally the worst time to have these issues. Steve and his team came out to assess the issues, clearly documented and informed me of those issues, and recommended an action plan. While managing his current clientele, he managed to get me scheduled for an AC unit replacement as well as the air handling unit just 2 days after he assessed it. Steve and his team came and replaced everything expeditiously at an extremely affordable cost. Not only did Steve and his team know exactly what they were doing, but they were punctual, efficient, and extremely friendly. Steve even took the time to pass on some knowledge about HVAC and answer all the questions I had.

These techs are great! We've been utilizing Day Advanced Air Conditioning for over 4 years. Our initial install of a new Trane AC unit went perfect and we have not had any trouble with it until recently. Turns out the unit is fine. Steve and his crew quickly diagnosed the problem to a corroded circuit breaker and a faulty thermostat. I highly recommend Steve, Dave and their team of knowledgeable technicians to help with your cooling and heating needs.

My fiance and I have used the Team at Day Advanced Air for several years and they are always fast to respond, honest and practical with repairs. Last year we had one of our units fail in the middle of summer, after going through 5 (YES I SAID 5) Different AC companies that were on our home Warranty companies list with each one either never answering the phone or saying they are a month out of just never showing up, we called DAY Advanced Air and they were out quickly and got us up and running asap. Even though I paid cash out of pocket, IT was well worth it to go back to a company that took care of us instead of never even getting return calls from all the ones my Warranty company worked with . I have now switched to a better warranty company and made sure they work with DAY since I do not want anyone else working on our AC and heating systems.

I reached out to get a quote for replacing my AC unit and had a great experience. Tim was clear, professional, and showed up for my inspection on time. What really stood out was his honesty. My unit is about 20 years old and instead of trying to push a replacement, he told me it could realistically last a couple more years because I’ve maintained it well.

His pricing for a replacement was very fair, and I never felt pressured at any point. It’s rare to find someone this straightforward and trustworthy. Definitely recommend.
