I reached out to Manny after business hours worried that my son’s room was so cold and the heat was not running. Ryan came promptly at 8am, checked the system and it appeared it was a thermostat malfunction. I was charged only service fee. I inquired the cost of changing the thermostats, I received an honest and prompt quote, Ryan presented me all the options and the service fee would be credited towards the other costs. Ryan was knowledgeable and professional. I am highly recommending Chilled Haven Cooling & Heating, they deserve ten stars.

Ryan was our tech, he was outstanding. Professional, courteous and more importantly thorough with giving all of our HVAC’s a detailed inspection. He serviced, repaired and replaced parts needed and our units are now working great! I will definitely recommend them and I will be calling Ryan and chilled haven anytime I need HVAC work at home or my business.

Ryan did an excellent job in tracking down a totally bizarre issue and, through his unceasing dedication and diligence, resolved the problem and made absolutely sure everything was working 100% correctly before he even left, triple-checking things as well.

The owner, Manny, seems to have done an excellent job winnowing out people who have no dedication to their work and finding EXCELLENT and COMPETENT people to ensure their customers needs are addressed and treated in a professional and personable manner. Ryan is a perfect example of this. In addition, he loves his work! Such people take pride in their work and ensure their customers are the recipients of this excellent quality work.

Called on Friday around 4:30pm our AC was having trouble keeping our ice cream shop cool they made it out Saturday 8am Ryan had great communication he was able to explain very good so I could understand what was going on. Ryan took care of it we’re happy with his work will Definitely be calling Chilled Haven if he have any issues in the future thanks

I had an excellent experience this morning. This was the second company I had called about an intermittent problem with the cooling fan not coming on. The technician figured out what was wrong with the circuit board right away. He happened to have the parts on hand. Not only did he replace the relay that I needed but also took care of both run capacitors as preventive maintenance. I'm writing this review because they took the time to wait around and test the system several times along with checking the temperature. Great service!

I had an AC unit not working on a Saturday. I got their referral from a friend who uses them for his properties. They scheduled me in for an appointment within 2 hours. Ryan was quickly able to diagnose the issue, give me an estimate, speak to my insurance company to get authorization and fix the issue quickly. Great service. Will definitely use again.

My service was a while back but I was having some health issues and not up to writing a review. Ryan was great he fixed the issue and educated me so I was no longer worried I needed new fuses. Plus showed me what breaker handled my ac and labeled he even checked the attic as I was concerned there were holes in the tubing. As a cat got up there. Before his visit I could not cool the house below 80. No issues after his visit. He treated me with respect and compassion and listened to my concerns and addressed them even though I was wrong and he probably knew that. I should need another service soon. And I definitely want Ryan.

We reached out to Chilled Haven once our 19yr old AC stopped cooling, they were able to make it out quickly and went straight to trouble shooting the problem. Thankfully it was a simple fix and needed a cleaning. We were expecting worst case scenario with such an old unit and are very thankful for Ryan and the honest work of a simple repair vs trying to sell us a new unit right now. We know our time is coming soon to replace the whole thing… we will be calling back for when that happens!

We had Chilled Haven Cooling & Heating come out to our business to replace a Unit on our building that was no longer working - Not only did they give us a very fair price, but their service from Top to bottom was outstanding. I mainly dealt with two individuals through this process - Manny Bustamante and Angel Santos, they were both extremely professional and cordial from the onset - to explaining the process to the final touches of installation. When the job was complete - which was very fast, The Tech (Angel) explained everything to me on what was done and the usage of our new thermostat to (Manny) his boss, of reaching out to me ask how the service was and to let me know if anything was needed or explained from here on out - to reach out to him. This company is Top-Notch, and I highly recommend them if service is needed. Thanks again Guys!

Manny with Chilled Haven has saved me and my family from cooking in the Arizona summer twice now. A couple years ago he was able to come remedy a coolant leak. And this past week he was able to come resolve another problem. They are fast, professional, and trustworthy. I'm so grateful for Manny and Chilled Haven cooling.

We had a mini split installed in our garage last year and we noticed it wasn’t as cool and Chilled Haven sent Ryan out right away for a service call. Ryan was prompt, knowledgeable & professional! With the temps being in the triple digits our garage mini split is working fantastic again! Thank you Chilled Haven for outstanding customer service!

Worst Company ever!!!!

Before this summer, I had DAL come out to do an annual inspection on my roof mounted package unit. I watched from the ground as the service person hooked up the instrumentation to measure the Freon levels. As he walked around to the side of the unit, one of his instrumentation hoses broke free and freon sprayed out like a fire hose for 3 seconds, the time it took him to get back and secure the hose. He later claimed that that amount of freon loss wasn't going to be an issue. His paper work didn't indicate the final level/health of the freon, but only "all good." I called the office the next day to complain, and was told they would talk to the service person, and they would get back to me the next day. Never heard from them again. Being the start of the summer and not wanting to risk any issues, I called another company. They had to recharge the freon.
Not sure what has changed, but don't recommend DAL to anyone.

I bought a Meritage home only 4 months old and our air conditioner went out and it was very hot on our house and I called the after hours warranty number and the guy did not called me back and when I called them he got mad at me for calling and stated why I was calling him at 11 pm and he will not even talk to me until 7am tom I can’t see how he got a 4.8 rating I would not wish him on my worst enemy

5 stars are not enough for Devin. It was 110 plus degrees 🔥 and my daughters a/c was out. He spent an hour in the sun, had the parts in the truck and fixed the problem. ❄️ Thanks Marine 😎
