While I was picturing a long, sweaty ordeal, Tim pinpointed a Freon-leaky line faster than you can say "I need a popsicle!" The repair? Seamless.

It's often said loyalty is hard to come by, but let me tell you, as long as I breathe (preferably cool) air, I'll never call upon another HVAC savior besides Tim and his crew. Apex was great to work with. The communication On the issue with our A/C was clear and understandable. Tim made sure to explain everything thoroughly. Aside from being on time and wearing shoe coverings, he followed up with us a week later to insure everything was working smoothly and gave us tips on maintaining our A/C.

Called Apex as the ac had stopped working and instead started of trying to just upsell me a new unit, their amazing tech climbed up and realized it was just frozen. After thawing it and educating on filter replacement frequency we haven't had any further issues.

Apex company installed my new AC system. They were very fast and reliable. My AC was installed in just 1 day, which was greatly appreciated due to the hot weather. The technician came back the next day, in order to check how my system was doing. My AC is working great. The technicians were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves, leaving my place spotless after the installation.
