Response time to investigate heating and cooling issues is normally the same day. Provides outstanding customer service. Reasonable pricing for service and parts. Steve is honest trustworthy and quality of work is fantastic.

Recently found myself desperately needing a new A/C system in the hottest part of June, over the holiday week, and in town for a limited time. I was referred to Robertson Heating and Cooling by a friend and was so appreciative for Steve’s expertise in diagnosing and putting in a new Bosch system. Steve is communicative, answers questions, and reviews options. I didn’t spend any unnecessary money on a diagnosis just to learn that I needed a new system. The install date was 114 outside and 140 in my attic. The technicians got the job done and worked really hard to accomplish the task in an efficient manner. Steve and Melissa are owners who truly care about craftsmanship, honesty, and being efficient. Excellent business!! Highly recommend!!

If you need a trustworthy company, I highly recommend Steve at Robertson Heating & Cooling. My son recommended Steve after a different company quoted me for a new air conditioner. Steve came out to inspect my air conditioner and he took the time to explain in detail options. He was extremely thorough and professional, and he went above and beyond to find the best model for my home and work around a difficult mounting due to my roof and solar panels. Another complication was that the old air conditioner was not properly mounted and he found a solution to properly mount the new air conditioner. I completely trust Steve and Robertson Heating & Cooling and am so grateful to refer him to anyone that is looking for a trustworthy, competent and professional company. When making a sizable purchase, I have peace of mind that it was with a trustworthy company!

Steve is very professional he checked every thing in unit we have had this problem for 2years with many visits from techs not able to correct he spent 3hours first visit a/c would run great every thing ok. When a/c acted up again he came out another 3 hours and finally narrowed it down and fixed my problem.Give him a try you will be satisfied very thorough and professional. Our house had long had an issue staying cool, but we just lived with it. When we brought our new baby home from the hospital it turned out it was too warm for him. Robertson was able to come out right away and found some ways to improve the system and make adjustments and saved our poor overheated baby.

Steve is professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. Our AC went out on a Saturday night in June and Steve was over within an hour to help. He quickly found the problem and even found other issues that our inspector missed when we bought our house. He took the time to explain what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. Amazing experience. We called in crisis at 9pm because our AC went out and Steve made it out the same night and had us back up and running by 11. Absolutely recommend. The customer service is the best we have ever received.
