I highly recommend Aztech Mechanical. I worked with Nate the owner....all I can say is that he is one of the most professional, transparent, ethical and honest person I have dealt with in all areas of home repairs. We were quoted a ridiculous price from another company and when I spoke with Nate he explained his pricing and was almost half the price. Once he came to the house, it turned out that the problem was much more involved. Nate took the time to drill down to the root of the problem rather than just putting a Band-Aid on the problem as a previous company had done. He spend significant time to fix the problem correctly and did not charge us an arm and a leg. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Nate and Aztech Mechanical !!

Nate and Amanda are awesome! They have responded very quickly to the repairs we have needed. When we needed a replacement they were amazing and very reasonable. We have moved since that replacement and needed service, Nate came out after hours and got our unit cooling again. Definitely would recommend them to anyone!!

My elderly father-in-law’s AC went out on a Saturday morning. We were worried about getting emergency air conditioning repairs on the same day, but Nate, the owner, who happened to be taking the weekend calls that day, made it clear that doing the right thing and taking care of people was always his priority. It turned out to be a few different issues, all of which he explained clearly, along with multiple options for us to choose from for a fix. He had the cold air blowing again before it got too hot outside that day!

I would absolutely recommend AZTech to anyone looking for an honest, expert HVAC company!

Worst buying experience ever. I had paid in full for over a year before they got the new system they installed working correctly. I missed work too many days to count to stay home for service appointments. I had to leave my own home for a few days last winter because there was no heat and I have young kids. On top of all that the units in the attic leaked shortly after install because a pan wasn’t installed correctly tying the drywall and light fixture on the ceiling which they didn’t fix or reimburse me for even though they said they would. Save yourself the trouble and do business with someone else the only thing that s company does is well is take your money.

Such an awesome company. Nate called when I sent an inquiry and sent techs out the next day no problem. They figured out the problem with our heater and electrical system quickly and fixed it no problem. So professional, affordable, efficient, and kind! Highly recommend for any HVAC needs.

I’ve used Nate with AZMechanical in the past and had decent experiences, which makes this recent situation all the more frustrating and disappointing. Unfortunately, his professionalism seems to have taken a serious nosedive.

The lack of communication has been incredibly unprofessional. I’ve reached out multiple times—calls, texts—and responses were either delayed, vague, or didn’t come at all. When I did finally hear back, it was usually just another excuse for why he couldn’t make it to the job.

What’s worse is the repeated no-shows with no courtesy call or follow-up. I rearranged my schedule more than once expecting him to show up as promised, only to be left hanging without explanation. This wasn’t just a one-time issue—it became a pattern.

Customer service and reliability are everything in this line of work, and unfortunately, Nate dropped the ball completely. After previously trusting him with work, it’s disappointing to see such a lack of accountability or follow-through.

I won’t be using AZMechanical again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values their time or expects even basic professionalism.

Nate is seriously the greatest. Have been using the company for 5+ years. My AC turned off and Nate was able to be there shortly after I contacted him. He fixed it and was up & running. In days when its 100+ degrees, this is exactly the company you want to use.

After a long day of work and grocery shopping, we came home to our house slowly getting hotter and hotter. We posted on Facebook to see if anyone had any leads so we could get our AC checked out. Mind you, this was around dinner time and we weren’t sure what could get done tonight. I was dreading having to possibly get a hotel for the night, as I get up at 4:30am for work. The owner’s sister responded to us on Facebook and gave us his info and referred him. Within 30 minutes or so he was to our house and charged us a reasonable price to replace a part on our AC unit. I can’t believe how friendly, fast, cost-effective and easy this whole process was. Make sure you use this company for all your AC needs. They deserve to have every last customer in this town! Thank you so much for being kind and making our night easier.

My realtor had these guys out to look at my hvac system after the home inspection found a few issues. Most of which were in the attic. These guys came out and gave my system a clean bill of health without stepping foot in the attic. I just noticed this recently and its been nothing but issues. Do not trust them. Watch them like a hawk while they're in your home.

Slowly but surely this is coming to be one of my go-to places I'm always price checking stuff to make sure I'm offering the best quality at the lower price for all of my customers one of their competitors tried to sell me something for a little more than double what they sold it to me for and I thought at first because of the price I was getting something cheap and it was not very sturdy built good Construction so with their pricing and their wonderful customer service it's a pleasure to go here
