HORRIBLE!!!! They came out and gave me a bid and I accepted it. Had to wait 3 weeks for them to actually come out and do the work. When they got here, they said nothing was ready for them to do the work and they had to leave. He also told my boyfriend that they were going to be losing money on our job. I asked them why they didn’t mention anything about what needed to be done when they came out to give the bid and he said that wasn’t his department. I called Amanda at their office and she said that she underbid the job anyway so we shouldn’t move forward!!!!! Hahaha!!! Wow! Then she called back and said that I kicked them out and they weren’t going to move forward. Total bait and switch, complete waste of my time. Now I have to start all over again. I cannot even believe how unprofessional this company is. Move on, don’t waste your time. Find someone more reputable, competent, and actually knows how to bid a job. Don’t make the same mistake that I made.

WOW! It has been too long since I've received this kind of service!
My A/C went out last week for 2+ days. The first company I called came out, did a quick look and said everything looked good and said the A/C would come back on soon. UGH!! One wasted day. The next day I called Aztech mechanical, Nate was there within a couple of hours. He had the problem diagnosed within 15 minutes and fixed within the hour!

I want to surround myself with good people; good friends, good employees, good customers, good contractors, good bankers, electricians, ac, advisors, dentists, doctors etc. Life is too short to not be. Fortunately this year is starting out to be a great one to that end. Nathan is one of those business owners that has exceeded my expectations and when you meet him you will instantly know this for yourself. He just came out to my shop to inspect an old gas heater I have to keep my crew warm this winter in the bays. Right off the bat he noticed I have a couple propane heaters and said I should stick with those and not spend the money hooking up the old heater. Said there is only a month of really cold weather and it is cheaper to stick with the portable propane heaters vs spending a few thousand. How's that for someone looking out for my best interests and putting the relationship before the all might dollar. Keep up the exceptional work and I will be referring you to all my friends.

They responded quickly and arrived EARLY! they quickly found the problem, quoted a very fair price and fixed it. They also did basic maintenance on our ac unit and were very professional. I recommended them to a friend the next day, we will make sure to save their number!

Great company and great experience! I some issues with a room being hotter than the rest of my house. They looked at our system, found the issue and gave us a very reasonable quote and was able to complete the job right away. I have noticed a series improvement in the air circulation of my whole house (and it's saved me money on cooling!) I highly recommend this great group of responsible, respectful, kind, honest people!

I called on a Sunday after our AC going out upstairs. Nate the owner answered on the first ring and was there within 20 min. He fixed the issue and the price was so affordable I couldn’t believe it! I will always call Kelly or Nate when we have AC issues! Thank you for making sure my kids could sleep in their rooms!! I’m sooo thankful!!!

AC at my home in East Mesa went out, Sunday afternoon. Reached out to Nate and he was over to the house with in an hour. 15 minutes into his time there he had found the issue and had the parts to repair on hand. He was very informative and told me what he was doing throughout the process. I never felt left in the dark throughout the process, if I didn't understand or gave him a puzzled look he took time to come up with a answer that explained it in a way the average person would understand. About an 45 minutes later the work was done, and he stayed for another bit of time to ensure that the temperature inside was dropping as it should. All in all a very good company and owner!!! I will definitely call them again if I ever need service!!!!

I couldn’t have had asked for a better experience than the one I had with AZTECH Mechanical. My AC went out on a Sunday evening. What made matters worse was that we were just about to list our home on the market. I reached out to AZTECH Mechanical from a mutual friend. I reached out to them Monday morning and I was told that they could have a tech to my area that afternoon for an inspection. Upon meeting with the tech they walked me through what my AC was doing and the options I had. I had a very significant leak with an old outdated unit. I decided to replace the AC unit as my home was about to hit the open market. Knowing the urgency of my request the team at AZTECH Mechanical had a quick turnaround time to put my unit in. And in the meantime, they filled in the leak so I could live peacefully until the install. Nate was the lead on the day of the install. The day before he texted me the time he would be there, and he was there right on time. The install took about 3 hours and they even set up my new NEST thermostat. Upon leaving he showed me temps blowing from the vents, where to change my air filters, and the process of pairing my NEST app. He’s also followed up with me a couple of times asking how the unit was working and if I had any questions. At the end of the day, I would say the pricing was extremely affordable given a brand new AC unit, and even though it was a transactional relationship that Nate and the team at AZTECH Mechanical made me feel connected on a personal level as well. I highly recommend AZTECH Mechanical to anyone with AC needs!!!

We are super grateful for the service that we received from Nate at Aztec. Losing an AC in the middle of summer is an emergency situation and he treated it as such. Nate was able to take a look at the unit within 24 hours, diagnosed and consulted on a solution. I purchased my home almost 1 year ago, and I did everything I was supposed to do. I had the home inspections and everything looked great. About a week ago I checked my nest thermostat and found that my upstairs A/C unit had been running for 18.5 hours and that the temperature had not dropped to the 76 degrees that it was set at. I’m personally a plumber and I consider myself to be pretty good at what I do, but I will admit that I know absolutely nothing about HVAC. I called a different company and I was told that my upstairs unit was leaking at the coils in the attic and that it had ran out of the refrigerant. I was also told that the downstairs unit had a slow leak in the same place and it was soon to follow. Total price for replacing both of the units was over $31,000. I had a referral from a close friend to call Aztech Mechanical for a 2nd opinion and I couldn’t be happier. After my 2 year old son had to sleep in the living room downstairs with my wife and I for a few days because the upstairs A/C wasn’t working, I was incredibly sleep deprived and I realized that Plumbing is certainly not the most important thing in the state of Arizona. When Aztech came out they actually used real life tools to diagnose my problem and found that the upstairs unit was in fact leaking, but it wasn’t leaking from the coils in the attic but instead it was leaking from the condenser unit outside. Oh, and the downstairs unit wasn’t leaking, nor was it ever tested for leaks. Aztech gave me a price to fix my actual problem and the estimate came in at just over $2,700. I had the work done and they did an amazing job. The air is blowing closer than it ever has. They saved me from having to take out a loan just to be able to survive in this state. Thank you Aztech Mechanical for everything you did for me and my family. You have a new customer for life.

I've never had a negative experience with this company. I've had an AC unit replaced by them at the last two houses I've owned (the units were 14+ yrs old). Nate, the owner, is honest, and up front. He helped us limp through the last part of a summer, and got us a deal in the off season on a new unit. I would recommend AZTECH to ANYONE looking for a repair, or a whole new unit. You cannot go wrong here.

Another hvac company had come out and said they didn’t “want to mess with fixing our AC due to difficulty getting parts”, but they’d be happy to sell me a new unit. They fixed nothing.
We were dying in the AZ summer heat. On his way out, he handed me a bill for $130.00 and an estimate for a new unit.
We were thinking of selling our home at the time so I called my realtor who recommended AZTech. AZTech Mechanical came out and got it working. They gave us a great price on a new unit that was thousands of $ less than the first company quoted ……. when we need it. But, we DID NOT need one now. Honesty and integrity like this are so rare these days. This will be my HVAC company for life.

I've now used Aztech twice and have been VERY happy with the way they respond and their honesty in solving my problem with the old wiring for my AC/Heat working with my new Emersion thermostat. They saved me a whole lot of money and I couldn't be happier. Great work Aztech!

Well.. Here it's about a week later and as fate would have it, our 30 year old AC compressor failed. Nate, tried replacing the big capacitor to see if that was the issue as he and I figured NO! So here we were on a Saturday afternoon with a 30 year old AC and heater system that was, let's just say, it's better years were behind it. Nate gave me a price and said he could do it on Tuesday. I checked with a couple of people and they all felt that price was fair and I went ahead and had them do the job. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the speed at which they did the job. The comfort of not needing to worry about our AC for next summer and our heating needs for the cooler days and nights of then next couple of months gives us the peace of mind. If you want to spend a lot of money REMEMBER! when you hear and see all that advertising the big guys do someone HAS to pay for it and that someone is you. AZTech is just the right size company to help you, get to you fast, and will treat you fair. THANKS, AZTech!

I spoke to Nate in the morning and he was able to come out and fix one of our AC units. It only needed a capacitor replacement. Nate never advocated for replacing the unit, but carefully informed me of the trade-offs between replacements and repairs.

Nate and his crew are simply wonderful! They are true professionals and super efficient. When a previous company botched the install of my new a/c unit causing the compressor to ground twice in 3 years, Aztech came to the rescue and cleaned up their sloppy work. A month later, our other a/c unit went out and I knew exactly who to call. They installed a brand new system the very next day. After having a number of different issues with the AC unit at our bakery in Gilbert, we were referred to Nate at AZTech Mechanical to come out when our unit was struggling again. His crew came quickly when we needed AC for our Sunday evening shift. We seemed to of had quite a few freak accidents with this unit and Nate could tell that I was very frustrated about having to do so many repairs within 1 year of opening a business. Long story short, Nate was incredibly hands-on throughout the whole process and I felt he genuinely cared about getting my shop cooled for my staff and customers. After hearing my story with my 3 year old unit, he went to battle with the manufacturer and was able to decrease the cost of this lengthy repair. I felt Nate was a trustworthy and hard-working guy that would have worked on our unit all night if he had to in order to complete the job.
