Salt River Air, is the most knowledgeable and honest HVAC company. Julio is my go to person. Just had my winter furnace check. Now, have you ever had a HVAC person actually use a small hand held blower and rag to actually clean the dust or debri on HVAC items in the attic. Well, Julio always does. Honest, never suggests things you do not need. Family owned company, which I feel are the best to utilize. I would recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

I had an excellent experience with our HVAC contractor who recently repaired my A/C. From start to finish, the service was professional, prompt, and incredibly reliable. They showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly so I understood what needed to be fixed. The repair was done efficiently, and my A/C has been running perfectly ever since.

What impressed me most was their honesty and attention to detail—they didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary and truly seemed focused on making sure the job was done right. It’s rare to find a contractor who is both skilled and trustworthy, and I’m grateful to have found one.

Julio Velazquez and Antonio Garcia did a great job at making our AC/ Heating system more efficient with some redirection work on our old system. We now have improved heating and cooling on both levels. They were quick and professional. Overall really happy with the service.

Julio did a great job! He was very pleasant. He fixed my heat fast and was very thorough and explained everything that he did. He also took the time to explain how the heater worked and the noises it would make and what it would look like around the unit, which makes it very helpful to know what’s going on with it.

I’ve used Salt River Air since the very beginning of my home’s construction. Their expert advice and skill made the A/C installation go smoothly (three heat pumps, a mini-split and two heat exchangers). I continue to rely upon their service exclusively, via one of their tune-up & maintenance plans (of which they have several options). I’m grateful for their reliability and I enjoy their willingness to answer any questions I have. I would not consider using any other firm!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Austin and his team are completely flipping the old ways of AC. He is not only reliable, but he treats you truly like a customer and not just a money Sign. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for AC/Heating ect. You can’t go wrong. We are beyond happy with the services provided and are lifers.

Our AC went out on the weekend (in the AZ summer) and Austin and his company were referred to us by a good friend. Not only was Austin immediately responsive but he came out on a Sunday evening to come diagnose our AC problem. He did what he could that night and came out the next morning when he got the part to fix the issue. It was very quick and easy and we had cold AC again in no time! Austin was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and honest. Although, I hope we do not have to call to get our AC fixed again, we will definitely be calling B Cool Air Conditioning if ever needed in the future!
