thank you ultimate air! our air conditioning went out during the night and it was getting hot. i called them in the morning and they had a tech come out very quick. Isiah was very knowledgeable and figured out the issue right away. ac is working again and house is cooled off! recommend for any any air conditioning service.

I can not say enough nice things about the service I was provided. I had two techs at my door right on time, I knew what the problem was in under 15 minutes, and my house was cooling one hour later. It's bad day when your AC blower motors decides to quit working on you and the temperatures are over 1,000 degrees.

We decided to call the company who services our AC unit twice a year. They have always done a great job for us in the past, so I wasn't heaistent to call.

I picked up the phone and gave them a ring. I explained my issues over the phone and the female receptionist was on the ball and trying to fix all my issues. (She did a great job and thank you!)

She explained Isiah, the technician, would be contacting me and heading over to my place when he was available. I couldn't be happier with this call.

The bad day turned out to be a great day in the end. Isiah swung by the house, fixed my issue, and answered a million questions I threw at him.

Five stars is not enough! Isaiah was amazing. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The Ultimate Air team has kept our old AC running for several years after a competitor said it wouldn’t make it through the week.

In a world where Customer Care/Service is hard to come by, Ultimate Air went above and beyond for my husband and I! In literal 110+ degrees, Dan & Isaiah arrived on time and installed our new AC Condenser. Jennifer also got us scheduled right away so we endured no lag time dealing with our now former condenser that was not adequate to properly cool our house based on the square footage of our home. Ever contact an HVAC company to come out to your home, only to be disappointed with subpar service, are left feeling unsure if they did anything at all, or be told you now require work done costing ridiculous amounts of money??? I can personally attest to the fact, this was definitely NOT our experience with Ultimate Air. If I could give Ultimate Air 10-Stars, I would. Ethical, Reliable, Trustworthy = Ultimate Air!!! We will call no other HVAC Company. Thank you Dan, Jennifer and Isaiah for being so helpful, informative, answering all of our questions, and executing a level of care from beginning to end.

Dan helped my AWESOME realtor, Caryn Kommers, with an emergency air conditioning issue. We are out of state, our realtor was in the house for an open house and our air conditioning system was not working properly. If you need a capacitor or you have an air conditioning leak, they are honest. We have an air conditioning contract with Semper Fi, they booked us out for 4 days from today. I'm canceling my contract with them. I'm going to Dan as he was able to fix the air conditioning right away

Isiah was our service tech. Very professional! Introduced himself and handed me a business card before he even came in the door. He found the problem, explained it to me, and then proceeded to fix it in a reasonable amount of time. I would absolutely recommend these guys.

Dan & Isaiah were a pleasure to work with. 5 days after I moved into my home my AC stopped working, in the middle of May! Dan was quick to troubleshoot it and I got my AC up and running the same day! This was about 3 years ago. Well yesterday my AC stopped working again (it is a 24 year old York unit). Dan sent Isaiah out and he was very polite, knowledgeable and punctual. Isaiah determined I had a bad blower motor and also cleaned my coils. As much as I am dreading a total AC replacement I know who I will be going to! Nothing but amazing things to say about Ultimate Air! I first used them about 8 years ago with my first property and they did an excellent job helping a very old AC keep trucking. Now, at a different property, we purchased a new AC from them and had such a smooth install. About a month in, we noticed it wasn’t cooling, so we called in and they were out within a couple hours. They diagnosed the problem (a factory defect; no fault of Ultimate Air), replaced the coolant, and contacted the manufacturer. We had to wait to hear what the manufacturer would say, but in the meantime Ultimate Air came out and checked on the system every few days to make sure we were taken care of. Even on the holiday weekend! As soon as we heard back, they were out to replace the part and we are loving the system. I cannot say enough about the service and quality work we received. You don’t see service like this anymore! Thank you!

Excellent job done by all 4 crew members installing new A/C package which included furnace and coil installed in attic. Crew showed up on time and was efficient and displayed positive attitude performing their install.

Wow, where to begin! My AC went out July 3rd, and the owner Dan showed up July 4th morning, pumped freon in it, but said he wasn't sure how long it would last, our unit is 22 years old. 2 weeks later, my unit died. They were quick to respond, and gave me a bid for a whole new unit which I needed. The new unit was installed within 1 morning. His team were incredibly quick, and even vacuumed & cleaned up after themselves! Good to have fresh AC in July! They also now service my business AC units, which we desperately need to keep our equipment cool. Great job Ultimate Air!!

We have used Dan and his crew several times throughout the years. They are by far the most courteous, professional and prompt AC service company. We’ve referred many friends and neighbors to them. Honest and very reliable. The tech (Isiah) who came out today, was such a nice young man. He came down pouring sweat from our attic yet never complained and kept a smile the entire time. Very knowledgeable and willing to share photos of what he found to be damaged and even showed us the damaged piece and thoroughly explained the issue.
