We've been using Aloha Air for years! Great company, great service and friendly technicians! We highly recommend them to everyone! Jordan & Spencer are awesome!!

My property manager uses Aloha and they've been here before. This time however they had to be called several times and when I finally got a call Monday after having no A/C for 2 1/2 day and roasing at 98° inside I was told they'd have to wait til morning because it was a 2 man job. I asked how they knew that and that they'd already worked on the unit and never sent 2 guys. I was told that's what the work order says. Totally ridiculous. I set them up at 7 am but the ONE guy that came showed up a half hour early and said "oh sorry that's what I was told." It took like 25 min to fix. But they apparently don't know how to keep paperwork straight and woke up again at 630 am. Having not answered it they called later and said "oh sorry"

Jordan, was Professional and polite. He was up on the roof checking our unit immediately and found out what the problem was very quickly. We are grateful that he was so proficient at what he does. He explained everything that was wrong with the unit and went over the entire repair step-by-step.

I've been working with Aloha for many years. Excellent service. My service tech Jordan was very thorough.

We have done business with Aloha Air for many years. We have always appreciated their personal touch. But when our 13 year-old heat pump went out at the peak of this Summer's Heat Disaster, they have been great. Fair and accurate bids, going the extra mile by loaning us a portable A/C Unit so we could stay in our home until all the new equipment was ready to install, and answering every question we had. You cannot go wrong with Aloha Air.

Called Aloha yesterday regarding my Air Conditioner issue. Today, Jordan came and resolved my Air Conditioner issue quickly, and thoroughly. Very happy with the service, and the immediate response as we are in the triple digits here which can be a health issue if not resolved quickly. Thank You Aloha, and Jordan!!

Aloha Air was amazing !!! I had a great experience with them when they came to fix the AC unit at my house so when my employer asked for a recommendation, I told them about the great experience I had with Aloha Air. They did just as great at my company. I recommend Aloha Air to anyone whether it's residential or business, they do an amazing job, explain things thoroughly, give their honest opinions, and have very competitive pricing. Their customer service is also amazing. Dawson and Jordan were great. We will continue to use Aloha Air exclusively.

I had used these guys for years when Chuck was still the owner, ever since ownership changed, they’ve done downhill. They replaced a fan for me in April and then came out to replace the condenser and compressor in July, and when they did, they also hauled off the fan I just bought that still had 9 months of warranty on it, and charged me for the new fan. I called them/emailed them for two months trying to get answers, only to get the runaround everytime “Soencer isn’t in, he’ll email you back, he’ll call you right back, etc.” without follow up. They also left my fan set to “On” instead of “Auto” it took me two months to realize why my electric bill was over 600 dollars, because my fan was constantly running for the entirety of that time.

AC Unit: Jordan tested the capacitor and found it was bad, he quickly replaced it and the AC started working correctly. Outside Fan on the unit was cooling as it should and inside air tested cold.

Great company! Honest and fast service.

This is such a solid company, I have been using them for many years and I've never had a single bad experience! I had a service tech out (Jordan) and he noted my AC had a leak and all refrigerate had leaked from system, he reviewed all options and I followed up with the office accordingly. I think I had to call the office a few times for various questions and Dawson always got right back to me. I had an estimate for all options including repairs/replacement, I chose to replace and a crew (3 guys) showed up the next morning on time and completed a complete demo/install before I even had to leave to get my kids from school! The crew was personable, explained everything. This team is the equivalent to when you see a medical provider who actually takes the time to sit and listen/explain things to you, not in a rush, it's that sort of customer service and I respect any company who still provides great customer service, it's rare! Our experience today with Jordan was top notch as usual. We feel so fortunate to have found Aloha through word of mouth. We have been using them for AC and plumbing services for 10 years. Never anything but good service and more importantly Spencer, Hunter and Jordan have amazing customer service skills which is so important when going to people's homes.

Excellent service-scheduled quickly, same day service, technician arrived within time frame. Friendly technician, examined equipment, explained service needed, replacement fan motor available at service time, motor was replaced and the tech then checked to make sure heat pump functioning well with replacement. Aloha Air has been our air conditioning/heating company choice for many years, and will be in the future.
