Work was done quickly, efficiently and painlessly.
We had a new heat pump system installed and had tune up service on our other HVAC systems(we have 3 systems).

What i noted that they had honest and friendly service technicians, provided competent work and gave us a fair price. No regrets hiring this company and happy i found a company i can rely on in the future.

Trevor and Chris came out in an emergency today for us and got the unit back up and running in a matter of minutes!

The heat in this area is off the charts for this louisiana girl! Thats why maintenance is crucial to keep our units tiptop. Chad Fields from Vessel came by today for an HVAC checkup and did an excellent job. After a thorough analysis he made some solid recommendations to upgrade the system, offered a fair price, and got right to work. Chad did a good enough job that I added a three year maintenance agreement with Vessel.

When they had a couple of complications due to the age and locations of our systems, they handled it professionally until everything was resolved. We've never had a better experience with a vendor. We were in a tight spot as another company had completely messed up the AC installation in our office space. Trevor from Vessel was very responsive and professional. He came out to our location, gave us a quote, and had a plan to install our AC immediately. The process was smooth and extremely professional. Highly recommend.

Every person I dealt with at Vessel was fabulous including the scheduler, dispatcher and, of course, my technician Chad Fields. My A/C had gone out while I was away and just before house guests were arriving. A service call was scheduled for that same day and Chad worked with my neighbors present and me on video to diagnose and resolve the problems. He had the parts needed with him and in about an hour and a half, the issue was fixed and hopefully the next one prevented. In researching the cost afterwards, this bill seemed about in the middle of the price range for the services I received.

It’s very rare to find a company with integrity. After a not so good experience with the previous company that serviced my unit for an air balance Vessel came in and went above and beyond to make this right for my 2nd unit.

Kristen was polite and understanding of my situation. Trevor found the issues very quickly and made sure to tell me what was needed. He was knowledgeable and made it clear they do things the right way with confidence! And he was right!

Tyler and Thane ran new duct, installed a new return and another supply. Removed old trash and mix box. They were efficient friendly and clean.

I must've called/interviewed a dozen companies in the search for replacement AC units for our home. It was a long tedious process as we were taking into account everything from quality of the units to install, to the overall cost, to the efficiency, etc. We took it all into account and inthe end we went with Vessel And Trevor . He and his team did an excellent job of installation. They were very professional and added some bonuses that we weren't expecting and very much appreciated. Ultimately, they did a great job at a great price. Our house feels better than ever :-) I think one of the things I appreciated the most was talking to him was like talking to a friend who was just giving you a good advice versus sales people from other companies, which always seem to be trying to sell you more and something you didn't need.

Your service technician, Eddie, was thorough, competent, knowledgeable, professional. I shall take his recommendation for surge power protection in upcoming months. The photos taken of system (inside and out) were very helpful; glad my system is in good shape and in good hands for maintenance.
