First, I called Valley Services, and they sent out a super nice technician, Jeremy, the very same day. We truly appreciated his honesty about our washing machine and the valuable feedback he provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

The company claims to have 30+ years of service. The young man that came to my house was here & gone in less than 10 min. He said I think it could be your mother board or I think it could be your motor. That cost me $119 dollars. Disappointed with the service. I will not recommend or use again.

Had my clothes dryer repaired by Jeromy. The price seemed reasonable but I can’t say for sure since I don’t often have such work done. Jeromy did a great job and was very responsive. Definitely would use this company (especially if Jeromy does the work) again

I had the pump in my washing machine repaired. They were fast and knowledgeable. They communicated everything they did to me and explained it clearly. The price seemed fair (I did not call around). I would use them again and also refer them to anyone who asks.

Looking for someone to come in and figure out why our washing machine was not working anymore. It was determined that the mother board needed replacing and with cost and labor it was cheaper to replace it. Also, I am a vet and they offer a military discount which always helps on the final cost. They were straightforward and it made may decision easy on replacing rather than a repair. I appreciate their honesty.

We use them for all our appliance repair. We have never been dissatisfied. Jeromy our service rep., was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! When we call the office, they are great at getting us on the schedule asap. We would highly recommend them for all of your appliances needs.

Called on Saturday. Talked to Judy gave him my model number. Agreed to estimate. Adam arrived Tuesday afternoon installed a glass cooktop due to mine being cracked. That's great service in my book. Thank you for super service.

Alex arrived promptly, was super knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose a problem with our ventless dryer that another company could not. Parts ordered and repair to be scheduled soon. Very pleased and would highly recommend!

The Service Tech arrived on-time and within 5 minutes determined we needed to purchase a new washing machine. He was knowledgeable and gave us best advice in exchange for the $119 fee to look at our machine.

From start to finish it was easy to deal with this service company. Unfortunately the prognosis was terminal for our washer.

Adam flexed his numerous years in biz and saved us $’s in repairs, which is a much needed resource for washer replacement.

Our washer broke and we called Valley for repairs. Xavier came out and realized the washer was unrepairable so he loaded it back up. Xavier had an idea to pass on after he loaded up the washer, he recommended Spencer's because we are budget minded, he even called the place and asked if they take the old washer also if they deliver fast. I believe he went far above and beyond to deliver good customer service. We did have to pay the service fee which was $119, we'll worth it. They are prompt, give you a window of 3 hours and the technician Xavier was amazing. Give the man a raise.

Justin was very professional and honest did not give me the information that I was hoping for. My 17-year-old washing machine has lived its life. Time to get a new on, But he was very informative on best options for me with my tiny space for a laundry room. Would definitely recommend this company to any friend.

A technician was sent out the same day that I called. He was very efficient and took care of my washing machine that afternoon. He answered my questions and my machine runs like new! I would definitely call Valley Services again.

This company is fantastic. Justin was able to come the same day I called to report I needed help. He diagnosed the problem, located the part needed and fixed the issue. Everything completed in the same day at a great price. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We needed 2 vents moved, a vent added to our laundry room, and an exhaust for our oven. They came and took care of all the asks in one day. I called on a Friday to ask for the service, they came on Monday for a bid and back on Tuesday to complete the work. The work is exceptional and their team is so kind, and easy to work with. My dog can attest to their kindness too. I highly recommend Vessel.

After countless different technicians that could not figure out our heating and cooling problem, we contacted vessel home services who quickly responded and were able to figure our problem out within minutes. Our system has never worked better since calling this company we absolutely recommend them to all of our friends and family and can hardly wait for them to come back in six months to do our new service

It was a long day, but I THINK all the problems were worked out, and I'm expecting everything to work as it should.

We had a major leak from our air conditioning unit that had been installed by Vessel in April. They came out the next day and remedied the situation. Paying for the plumber we had hired to find the leak, sending a drywall repair gentleman to repair and paint the wall damaged by the leak and replacing the air conditioning unit with a new one.Quodos to them for owning their error and taking immediate steps to remedy the situation!
