We've had Everest Air since we bought our home in 2017. We service each year faithfully. Cory K was great and attentive. He spent time reviewing costs as it was time for a new unit (builder grade sucks lol).

We knew we were going to need a new AC system when we purchased our house in 2020. Everest Air was recommended to us from a close friend and they have been fantastic. Since 2020, our 20-year-old system has been dying slowly but Everest Air has always been able to put a band-aid on it until this last summer (unit finally died). After shopping many different companies (including Costco’s Collin’s Comfort), we went with Everest as their service is unmatched and their prices are extremely competitive. The process was very low-pressure and we are so glad we went with them.

Installation Day went 100% as planned. Julian & Damian were at my house when they said they would be and were extremely kind, courteous, and respectful for the 10 hours they were here. Complete pros and we couldn’t be happier with the experience as a whole!

Long story short, if you need a new ac unit, skip the runaround with the other guys and go with Everest Air.

Everest Air has been a great addition to our household vendors. They came out in the fall and replaced parts in our units that fried out in this AZ heat. At that time, I signed up for their bi-annual check up service. Caden showed up on Thursday morning for that service and did a great job. He introduced himself, was very courteous, explained everything to me, was very thorough and gave me a few things to think about to keep the house running smoothly. Would definitely recommend this company for all your heating and AC issues! Thank you Caden.

Our water heater was way overdue to be replaced! My wife and I decided to contact EverestAir and were quickly provided a quote and scheduled the next day for replacement. We were sent a text message letting us know our technician was on the way and he arrived a few minutes early. Grant did a fantastic job explaining the process and made sure we knew what he was doing every step of the way! Highly professional and knowledgeable! Once Grant finished up he requested I come out to give my final approval. 5 out of 5 stars well earned!

On top of EverestAir having great customer service they were priced significantly better than some of their competitors! I would highly recommend giving EverestAir a call for your plumbing needs!

Everest Air is great. I recommend them to my clients when they need someone to look at the HVAC during the inspection period. I have personally used their plumbing services to do a tankless hot water heater flush. Their plumber gave me a tip on how I would be able to get a new sink faucet from Moen at no cost since mine has been leaking a long time and was not able to be fixed. They always get back to me in a timely manner.

I had Everest Air handle a fairly involved project at my home, including replacing my water heater, installing attic insulation, insulating the header above my garage door, and making several HVAC improvements. This included replacing the roof jack, elbow, and stand, upgrading the ductwork to an over-under drop setup, and adding a new return in the master bedroom to improve airflow and efficiency.

As with any larger project, a few issues came up along the way, but what really stood out was how quickly and professionally they were addressed. Cory was responsive, stayed engaged throughout the process, and made sure everything was followed through to completion. Grant, who installed the water heater, did a phenomenal job; the installation was clean, professional, and clearly done with care. When questions or adjustments came up, both Cory and Grant addressed them promptly, which made a big difference.

Jordan and the rest of the Everest team were also great to work with, respectful, detail-oriented, and focused on getting things right. In the end, all concerns were resolved, the work was completed to a high standard, and I’m very satisfied with the final result. I appreciate a company that stands behind its work and sees a project through. I would confidently recommend Everest Air.

My first experience with Valley Services - Heating, Cooling and Appliances was an excellent one. Jeromy was understanding, knowledgeable and efficient in troubleshooting the situation. This is a hidden gem of an organization.

I called them yesterday with a problem with my fridge, they were able to schedule me right away the next day. Very informative and kept in touch from start to finish. Nathan was very nice and went and got the needed part and came back in an hour! Didn't make me reschedule for another day. I would highly recommend their services!

Technician was very knowledgeable and did his best to salvage my washing machine. When it was going to be too expensive to repair, he recommended purchasing a new one and told me some good options and places to look.

I was delighted with my washer repair. Because of its age, I was terrified it needed to be replaced but my technician, Jeromy, found it was only a hose leak. He fixed it 1-2-3. Polite, efficient, smart and a delight. Valley Heating will be my go-to people from now on.
