I would highly recommend Everest Air after our recent new AC installation. Drew, Chandler and the whole team were amazing throughout the whole process. Very pleasant and communicative to work with.

I manage Homes and my client had a leak so I called Everest air and they got right out within 15 minutes to handle the problem. Very impressed.

Their technicians are incredible. The sales staff went above and beyond to help get us a new Trane heat pump. It saves us over a hundred bucks a month in our power bill. We had window acs before. The new system is incredible. I can't thank Everest Air and their staff enough! They truly deserve 6 stars and above. They earn the best HVAC in Arizona. Thank you from the Magills. We appreciate everything so much. The system is still saving us $80-$100 a month. On a fixed income that really matters. We are so thankful for Everest Air. Incredible, Caring, and absolutely Professional.

We are so thankful for Everest Plumbing and Grant Eager. He was quick, professional and a great communicator. He was able to get to the bottom of our tricky tankless water heater issue and get us hot water again. Highly recommend!

The Everest team is efficient, arrives very quickly and is well informed. They absoultely try to find a solution before expenssive replacemnt cost and they are very clear on what services are need and should be anticipated.

Grant came out bright and early, assessed what needed to be done and had the entire water heater replacement done in under 2 hours. Amazing job and a nice clean courteous technician. Highly recommend Everest Air.

Jordan came out for a service call recently. He was really thorough. I turned on my heat last week and it wouldn't blow warm. Of course it turned right on for him LOL. Even though it started blowing warm right away, he didn't just leave because it was working. He gave it about 10 minutes to make sure it got up to the set temp, he then turned it off for a few and turned it back on to make sure it kept working. To me, that was great service. He could have just left when it started blowing warm. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided so much great info. Such great customer service. They don't rush through the job.

To be clear, I did not choose Everest Air. I hired Advosy Construction (a sister company to Everest with the same business address) to replace my roof. Advosy made a mistake and removed/trashed my brand new Mastercool evaporative cooler while replacing the roof and brought in Everest Air to replace and fix everything.

Everest Air took no care in my home. When Terry and Jake came to take measurements for the replacement, they accidentally pulled wiring out of my kitchen lights, leaving the light non-functional (not to mention a fire hazard in my attic) and had to come fix it later.
They didn't replace any of the insulation they had to remove for the light repair, leaving my kitchen area with no insulation in place. I fixed this myself. On the day of install of the new Mastercool, a different crew came. I talked to them about some specifics regarding the ductwork that were points of confusion when Terry/Jake had taken the measurements to ensure we were all on the same page. It seemed we were. Once the work started, they were in the attic and began talking badly/mocking me over the phone with Terry. I could hear the entire conversation.

That crew ended up leaving before completing the job because couldn't figure out how to install and wire it, leaving me wondering why a crew was sent that wasn't trained on the install. I ended up calling the owner and refused to allow the same workers from coming back. I requested a trained, professional acting team come back instead, which was done 3 days later.

I asked for some sort of invoice showing the work done (even though I wasn't being charged for the work) in case there was any issues that arise later. I was ensured an invoice would be sent to me within a day or two. Never happened. I had to call again before finally getting some documentation I can use for warranty work if needed in the future.

The only positive experience I had was the female at the front desk that continued to route my phone calls each time I called in with issues. She seemed to be the only one that had a sense of caring when I called in.

There are a lot of companies out there and I'd recommend trying one of those instead. I don't know if I was treated poorly because this was not a money-making job for them based on Advosy's error, or what, but I had a very poor experience and would not recommend.

My AC had been struggling to keep up with the demanding AZ summer heat for several months, but I chalked it up to summertime temps and age. Finally, my unit stopped cooling entirely, so I reached out to Everest Air. They sent out Caden to check on my system. It didn’t take him long to figure out the cause of my issues: a small leak on one of the condenser pipe joints. We discussed several options for a remedy, from a repair to a full HVAC system replacement. We talked through the pros and cons of each and Caden patiently answered all of my questions. The next morning he sent out a few quotes that we had discussed and let me know that he was ready to assist whenever we had made a decision. He answered several additional questions over the next couple of days until we decided to move forward with the repair. He quickly scheduled an appointment to come do the repair, showed up on time and quickly got to work. He answered more questions about that process while he worked. When he had finished he showed me some data showing how well the unit is running, discussed some other things he had done to help prevent future issues, and also let me know about the warranty on the work. He was prompt, responsive, and this was the best experience I have ever had with an HVAC tech/company. I will be recommending Everest Air to everyone I know moving forward.

My AC unit was 30 years old and needed a new unit. Corey was super helpful explaining the importance of getting a new unit vs just a quick fix, Terry was helpful with pushing our quote thru, and Chandler/Drew where fast and efficient as they installed the unit. I will recommend their services to EVERYONE!

Jordan and Grant were both very helpful and knowledgeable about their respective fields. I never felt pressured by being upsold. They completed the work I needed (AC maintenance and water heater maintenance) and gave me some discounts after signing up for the maintenance plan (which I intended to do, so it wasn't an upsell). I highly recommend them for any HVAC and plumbing work! They apparently have other services, but I have not used them and cannot comment on them.

We requested 3 bids from the Mitsubishi website and one of the companies that reached out was Everest.

Elijah came out, listened to our questions, provided quotes for exactly what we asked and gave us the options to make an informed decision. Then he made the financing application a breeze.

Terry came out and looked at the scope before the installation team showed up to give us the final details of placing the unit and what we should consider to get the most out of our new minisplit.

The installation team - Ammon, Chandler and Drew were an absolute pleasure. They worked quickly, and left a very clean work space, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was aestheticly perfect. Then they gave us a lesson on operating the unit before they left.

We truly appreciate the professionalism of all the folks we interacted with.

We can't wait to use our new minisplit in the garage this summer !

I purchased two AC’s from Everest Air and am highly satisfied with their service. They are so responsive and make sure all is taken care of without cutting corners. All their staff have been excellent. One smart thermostat malfunctioned and they responded the same day. Shout out to Elijah who was so courteous, patient and made sure everything was handled properly.
