Easy to contact. Quick reply. Judy was our repair technician. Very nice and professional. Great communication. She kept us informed on our situation and continued to check that our refrigerator was working properly after repair.

Came out garbage disposal was not properly working and to replace ice maker. Prompt follow-up. Scheduling was easy. Technician was nice, clean cut, and seemed knowledgeable. I have a different style disposal and couldn't figure out how to manually turn it if it was blocked. The technician told me I just needed to get a certain tool and located one for me on Amazon. Obviously I paid a service call, but I feel like some technicians would have tried to convince me it needed something much more.

Absolutely amazing service today! Fixed both our dishwasher and our dryer and he explained everything that was wrong with our appliances. I will definitely use them again

My dishwasher broke down on a Sunday afternoon. I called them that day and had someone at my house by noon on Monday. They fixed it quickly and efficiently. Super professional and showed up when they said they would. Would definitely call them again if needed.

The team did an amazing job placing our pool net. They explained thoroughly what they were doing and showed us how to do it ourselves with ease. They were professional and arrived right on time. They worked well as a team and the job was done in about 2 hours. We are very happy with the result.

Had an issue with my washer leaking. Called Valley Heating, Cooling & Appliances and Jeromy came out. He found the issue right away. He was super nice and very knowledgeable. Got the parts and came back the next day and fixed it. Been working great now. I also liked that they apply the service fee for coming out to the repair. Not all companies do that.

Washer stopped working. Came in, quickly diagnosed the problem. Ordered a new part, Came back the next day and fixed the problem. Washer works great again, and it cost less than expected. We will call Valley if we have any appliance issues.

My a.c. started blowing warm air on a really hot day last week. I called Valley Services in the afternoon and they were able to send someone the following morning! The technician was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it. Its been running great since then.
As an aside, he remembered helping to install the unit originally with his now retired grandfather. That's continuity you don't see everyday!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so bad people need to be warned. I scheduled an appointment to have my refrigerator serviced and even took time off work to be home. The driver never showed, and when I called the company, they had no explanation. I was told someone would call me back several times — nobody ever did.
The next day they claimed the driver’s car had broken down and sent a different technician. The technician, Alex, immediately tried to pull me away from the company and have me use him privately. He misdiagnosed my refrigerator and charged me over $400 for a condenser that wasn’t even the issue.
My fridge went warm again right after, and by then we had already bought all of our Thanksgiving food — over $500.00 worth that had to be thrown out.
When Alex came back, it took him two minutes to figure out the real problem: the defrost relay on the control board. He then told me NOT to call the company, said he’d “take care of it” for $250, claimed he wouldn’t be working with them anymore anyway, and even tried to sell me a refrigerator while making an extremely unprofessional comment about where he buys them.
This whole situation has been a complete nightmare. Between the no-shows, the lack of callbacks, the misinformation, the technician’s behavior, and the money lost, I ended up spending more with this company than it would’ve cost to just replace the fridge. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Service is honest and amazing. My parents are in their 90s, and only speak Portuguese. I wasn’t there to help them out, but Nathan was respectful. Talk to me over the phone and was honest about what needed to be done. This was very appreciated. Thank you so much.

We had our washer suddenly stop working on a Thursday. Gave Valley Heating, Cooling and Appliances a call based on their Google reviews. Their service, all the way around was absolutely five stars! When I called, I was really happy to get an actual live person AND an appointment for the following day! We got a text from Nathan when he was on his way. When he got here, he diagnosed the problem and got it fixed within an hour and a half. We will definitely give them a call again when we run into any future problems with any of our appliances or AC.

I had an issue with my refrigerator. Valley Services was quick to respond. Alex, identified the issue very quickly, ordered the part and within 24 hours my refrigerator was running like new. Great service, great company. Highly recommended.

My washer went out and was struggling to find someone that could come out same day. That wasn’t a problem for Valley Services, they squeezed me in. Before I knew it Jeremy arrived immediately got to work and i had a washer up and running within an hour. Great service thank you!

Alex was a great technician. He was able to diagnose our washer problem and order the parts needed quickly. When he came and replaced the Inverter board and door latch, it still was not working properly. He then had to order a new Main Board and came out the next day at no additional cost. Why a GE washer that is only 6 years old would need all of things replaced is beyond me, but Alex did an excellent job. I would recommend Valley Services and will call them in the future for appliance repair.
