Cory installed a new hear pump and thermostat, a put in an additional return air duct yesterday. He arrived on time and explained what he was doing. He gave me a "tutorial " on the new thermostat and cleaned everything up after cutting the additional return in the wall. Cory was very pleasant and professional. Everyone I have been in contact with from Vessel have been wonderful. Kudos to a great company.

Trevor and the Vessel Home Services team were great from start to finish. It was easy to schedule the appointment and the office gave updates. Trevor was right on time and really thorough. He knows his business so we’re confident that he left our system in the best working order.

Brandon spent time concerning my issues. He knew that the concerns and temperature locations were not at their optimum. He spent time figuring out the problem and addressed them to the best of his ability. The a/c unit is working at a much better efficiency. I truly appreciate Brandon taking the time to address my concerns and issues and fix them to the best of his ability.

Trevor was great! He is knowledgeable and to all his efforts was unfortunately unable to get the compressor running (not his fault, have issues every year with this old unit). Trevor and his staff were absolutely wonderful. When my air conditioning went out last week, I called Vessel Home Services. Trevor arrived within a couple of hours and diagnosed the problem. I was so grateful for his quick response, especially since the temperature inside was quickly rising. Trevor managed to provide airflow into the home, while we waited for our new unit to arrive. I was so grateful since we have pets.

Vessel bought the company I was using for AC service and told me they would honor the maintenance contract I had in place and offer it again. I scheduled maintenance and Branden showed up right on time - changed my filters and serviced both units quickly. He also made a fuss over my greyhoud - extra points for that! Very happy with Vessel and will gladly refer them to anyone.

Kristin, who handles the office was very pleasant and was able to answer any questions I had. Trevor and his associate did an inspection and they quickly cleared up any issues they found. Trevor was obviously very knowledgeable in working with air conditioners and he and his associate were great to work with.

what to tell? My A/C failed and I was told that it is time to change it, but we made it run again for a while. Now it failed again, the story I am told did not change ... and this time we will replace it within 3 days. So I feel well served, and they do a good job.

Arrival time was accurate and tech was CD with professional. Took great care and fixed our unit. Very satisfied!
