I have a very old Crane air conditioning unit at my investment property in downtown Tempe. My Airbnb guests texted me that the air conditioner suddenly quit! It is late August so you can imagine the emergency I was facing. My guests would certainly need to leave and have a terrible experience dealing with an oven hot home. I called Chris G. who I had on my phone from over a year ago. He had helped me with another problem I had with the system. He worked very fast and was knowledgeable so I was glad to hear Chris was still in the HVAC business. Chris came out within a couple hours, diagnosed the problem and put in a brand new motor very quickly for a decent price. We were up and running! Guests were pleased as well. Saturday evening, hot and tired, I returned to my condo to find my AC was ka-put. Since I had no previous AC service in 26 years of owning my condo I was immediately distressed. I called Everest Air, good fortune was in my favor, a technician was on his way. A portable AC unit was installed while the team went to work on the new AC installation.
