My AC went out & the 1st two companies my Home Warranty sent out could not find the problem.

I called Degree late in the afternoon as temps were climbing inside my home.

Ryan came out within 2 hours of the call and was able to diagnose the problem. It was so late, he couldn't get the necessary part until the next day, but managed to patch the AC together enough to cool down the House for the evening.

He made it a priority to get out here asap the next morning and got the AC up and running.

I called my Home Warranty people and told them they needed to add this company to their confirmed list of vendors.

Ryan himself was friendly & personable & shared my concern for the well being of my dogs in this heat.

Our heat went out in the middle of the night. When we woke up it was freezing cold. I called my warranty company on Thursday. It was New Years Day, so I wasn’t sure if they would be able to get someone to come out right away due to the holidays. Degree Air Conditioning was the company assigned to us through the warranty.. The warranty called me Thursday to let me know that my appointment window was Monday between 10-3. I called Degree Air Conditioning and spoke to Ryan directly to see if there was any possibility of them getting out to me sooner, because I have 3 small kids and it has been getting extremely cold in the nights. I was really stressing that we would have to stick it out through the whole weekend. Ryan told me he would do his best to have his tech out the next day. (Friday) and told me to call him Friday morning. I called him Friday and he let me know the tech would be by today to get us taken care of! Martin came by and fixed the issue. He got our heat working quickly. I really appreciate these guys pushing to get our service taken care of so quickly so we don’t have to go through another cold night! Great service. Would definitely use them again.

Was referred to Degree by my home warranty company. My central air suddenly stopped working and due to health issues I needed some fast service. I spoke with Ryan regarding my situation.
The next day Lincoln arrived to look at my system and identified many issues. A date to fix the problems was set. Much to my surprise and excitement a crew arrived the following day to install the needed equipment. Aaron and Lues were fantastic...professional, friendly, informative and there work ethic was amazing. I can not thank Ryan enough for his timely service and great staff!
I highly recommend this company for your AC problems. I will without hesitation use Degree for my future AC/heating need.

I had to use this company because of my warranty. It took them 2 days to initially come out to look at my AC. The technician replaced a part but didn't stay to make sure the unit was working again, and it never fixed the issue. Then took another 2 days to come back out and look at the unit.. maybe more if they no-show like the last 2 times. Going on 4 days with no air and it's 115 degrees outside. Other companies in the area offer same day repair service. I'll be canceling my warranty because of my experience with this claim/contractor.

Excellent service and I trust Ryan and Lincoln and team to do the job correctly. I have used Degree three times in the last 2 months. I got a brand new unit replaced and they were great at giving a fair price and working with my warranty company. I also have a rental that they helped me update some things. Recently, I had a leak through my ceiling and they came out on emergency for me and fixed my issues the same day! These guys are wonderful to work with and will always help in a bind if they can. Good company to suit your heating and air conditioning needs. They many years of experience servicing the east valley. Ryan is very thorough in trouble shooting any problems with your system and making sure to get you the best deal on a replacement and to make sure that your install is the correct fit and complete to your satisfaction. Bob is super knowledgeable in all areas of climate control and is sure to continue passing his knowledge down to others in his employ. Friendly professional staff and just an all around good company to suit you seasonal needs as well as taking care of any emergency that may arise. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend this company. We needed a new A/C unit and interviewed 5 companies. Degree had the most professional and knowledgeable person who explained the benefits of their company and their service programs. Believe it, or not, they also offered the best equipment at the best price. There installation was completed in one day and the company worked to make sure we were entirely satisfied. We also hired them to do the annual service for our furnace and 2nd A/C unit.

I had them installed AC & Furnace last year, a year ago.
Their free maintenance check up was done today and the job by Jose was excellent.
I am impressed.

Both Bob and Ryan were incredibly helpful at a very stressful time when my HVAC died. They responded quickly, identified installation issues as well as solutions on how to proceed. Friendly yet very professional. Entire system including furnace was installed the next day. Highly recommend this team.

This was my conversation with Bob after arriving to my home for Warranty work on a 4 year old Rheem system. FYI, It cost me over 6k for the new/replacement unit (Installed by Degree), connected to the Warranty work. The warranty repair/ was a $40 Capacitor replacement part.

When Degree (Bob & Ryan) arrived to my home on a 114 outside temp, (inside my home 93)., i directed them to the AC unit. Moments later Bob asked me how does $750 sound?¿ I replied not good at all especially for warranty work on a 4 year old system you just installed. His response was, letbme talk to my partner and follow up. Okay was my reply and followed immediately.

After their conversation, it went to, how does $360 sound was Bob's demand... we came on a service call so you are paying for that while removing the warranty replacement agreement out without fail.

I paid the $360 for the sake of restoring my AC service while they are exempting the warranty agreement while over charging for warranted and protected fees from consumers.

I do not rwcommend this company. Please stay with connected LEGITIMATE AC Heating companies with well deserved reputations.

Had a whole system put in our home 2022. My mother had her system replaced 2024. Use them for yearly check ups. Thermostat we bought on Amazon went out and they installed a new one. (2025). Easy to get a hold of good service.

When my 18 year old heating and air system was coming to the end of its useful life I had air & water mechanical replace the system. Great price and installation! I have had a maintenance agreement with them for many years and have always had great service.

These guys are fantastic!! They repaired our upstairs AC and installed a new motor for our upstairs heater. Very quick response times, they got out to us quickly and were extremely professional and polite! Would recommend 100%

We are longtime customers and continue to get great service. We recently had a new heat pump installed and Tim gave us the best price,(including some customized installation), compared to two other companies in the valley. He also spent many additional hours without charging us to address an air flow problem in our ductwork. We don't think we would have received this kind of attention, service and commitment from anyone else.

Technicians were courteous and did an amazing job explaining the condition of my ducts and unit. This company installed my new Trane unit approx 10 months ago and they were amazing then also. Would highly recommend this company!

Air & Water Mechanical Services sent me a technician on the same day after they received my initial call. Daniel was prompt, knowledgeable and polite. He gave me a thorough explanation of the issue and what could be done. Daniel worked diligently to excavate the damaged pipe and locate the leak. He then installed the new main service pipe, fixed a prior plumbing mistake, filled in all trenches with dirt, spread the gravel over the work site and cleaned before he left -- all in under 7 hours. Daniel was also giving me interim updates, as well as heads-up before he would turn off the water supply. All in all, I am very happy with the services that Daniel rendered. The price was reasonable, they gave me 2 years warranty on labor and 20 years warranty on the pipe, and I would definitely use this company again.

I called this company and within 1.5 hours they returned my call and were able to get to me in 3 hours Jake, the tech that came out, was very friendly, professional, polite and very knowledgeable he explained what needed to be done, got pricing from the main office and promptly got the work finished they offered me and I purchased a maintenance service agreement which ended up saving me money in the long run I would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends and family. They were actually referred to me by my son

Needed to install 2 new AC units in my home. After dealing with 6 pushy "car salesman" from other HVAC companies, the Sales Manager Kevin was a blessing. His no nonsense, down to earth, informative approach was refreshing and he provided a very reasonable, competitive quote.... plus their great reviews on several sites made it an easy choice. I base all of my purchases on experience and customer service. I test companies to see if they are willing to work with their customers if it's needed or not and dig deep to see if they are trained and qualified. I was satisfied to find that Air & Water Factor work to try to provide the best price, customer service, product and installation for their customers. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the installation went smoothly and clean...and that is saying a lot coming from a very picky and informed consumer.

Just as a side note to those dealing with the same difficult expensive decision. After several companies coming to my house promising this and that and new everything....from the guys with shoe booties, trucks with logos plastered all over them, the guy that comes with the laptop and a portable printer, measurements, my attic probably felt violated after everyone taking pictures and measurements......to the sales guy with gold jewelry and exposed chest trying to school me instead of informing me (George Brazil...no thanks)....just know that all of that overhead is fluffed in the quote they hand you.

Bottomline is Air and Water Factor is a great company and their prices, customer service and installations are probably the best you will find...unless you like paying for fluff. :)

Tim and the whole crew were just fantastic.
We had 3 companies come out to do an initial appraisal. The first company barely looked at the system and quoted an outrageous amount. The second company did a thorough job but recommended non-matching components (in the same price range as Water Factor). What I really liked about Air & Water Factor was not only the thorough review of the system but the clear explanation of what they needed to do to not only replace the AC but improve the overall performance with proper installation and added insulation.
Since moving into the house our AC has ALWAYS knocked which irritating. Tim knew exactly what was wrong (actually a fairly simple fix). The installed system has worked beautifully and is very quiet. Very Satisfied. Highly recommended.

I"ve had these guys out once to my home and twice to my business. Morgan is great taking calls and they have amazingly gotten out to me same day on calls. 3 different techs on 3 visits and all were good. Pricing also reasonable. What a gem in this field!
