My wife and I contacted Magic Touch to fix our fire pit. Unfortunately, the project was much more involved than originally expected, but Magic Touch fixed the issues at a fair price. Our technician, Max, was a stellar representative of the company. He was honest, professional, knowledgeable , and a VERY hard worker. We highly recommend!

My outdoor fireplace needed repair after 7 years. Dave came out assessed the situation and gave me a few options for repair and cost. Explained it all very well, so I understood what he was telling me about the needed repair, why and the cost and expected end results. When he returned he efficiently and thoroughly cleaned and repaired my fireplace explained what he did, which for an older lady it was nice to be treated respectfully. This company was referred to me by a friend that used them for repair and they were very happy. I was satisfied with the job Dave did and would definitely recommend them should you need service.

I was scammed. The tech showed up to repair my gas fire pit and never took anything apart or looked into a single thing but charged me $139. The charge was supposed to be for a diagnosis which he never did and no diagnosis was determined. He walked around the yard and took pics of the outside of the firepit without removing a single thing and went to his truck to what he said was “ make some calls”. He came back 15-20 minutes later then quoted me a $1207.50 price to fix what he had no idea was wrong with my fire pit. -Again, he took nothing apart or looked into ANYTHING! Later, I had another company come to my home that diagnosed the problem and repaired the burner for $225. The pic below shows the firepit before and after he left. Nothing was touched! Do NOT hire these guys!!

In addition I had stated he helped remove the rock but when he was in his truck worried about pricing I removed the majority. He was not there for an hour diagnosing for he was in his truck for 20 minutes and what was the diagnosis? All I received was a quote for $1207.5 with no explanation as to what it was for. How do you quote a price with no actual diagnosis? Look at the pics you can see it was never touched outside of removing the rock. In order to properly diagnose something you actually have to get underneath that board and look. I’m writing this to warn others and I actually never paid for any work outside of the $139 which they can keep because I don’t need the money and it’s worth it to let others know. I’m just a normal guy and have no financial problems with everything I own paid off so again I don’t need the money. This is a complete spin of the truth from the President commenting to save his business. I NEVER file complaints but this couldn’t go without because I’m warning others of this scam.

Excellent communication and fair pricing. I had Magic (Technician Sean) come out to inspect my gas fireplace before I use for the first time and make safety checks. Sean inspected it and showed how to use it properly. I am very happy with the service and peace of mind. I highly recommend and will use again.

I dont understand why your tech is doing 35 mph on the 101 with no traffic. Hopefully, your driver is not impaired.

Ryan was awesome! Finally an honest AC guy that came out and knew what he was doing. Fixed the previous AC guys mistake and explained everything he was doing. I won’t anyone else moving forward.

Ryan, Lincoln and Aaron put in a new AC/heating unit. They were on time, they did a great job. They were courteous and polite and went out of there way to help me.

Incredible price point, service, and follow up. Wish I had switched to Degree's years ago. Will never use another company!

I just bought a new home and the AC needed go be replaced. Bob and the crew were here the same week I closed and replaced my AC within hours. Great guys! So thankful they were here to get me taken care of so quickly. Thanks Degree!

Teach your drivers how to drive, on his phone all over the road and changing lanes with no blinker. He almost hit me twice ….. first time on the 60 he came into my lane with no blinker and pulled out in front of me going slow. The second time on Gilbert road as we turned he came into my lane instead of going into the lane he came from . Glad I took his picture after the first time .

This company was chosen by my warranty company. I Spoke to Bob over the phone on Monday and confirmed an aappointment for Wednesday. Then on Tuesday I was notified that a new company was coming out instead and it would be on Friday. Why was the new company being sent out instead? Becasue the technician for Degree toldtmy warranty company that they were not able to confirm the scheduled appointment.

They have great service and explained everything along the way. Made it nice to know what they did for the service! We signed up for a 5 year service contract. Totally worth it!!!!

Degree air conditioning is probably one of the best companies that have ever came out. They are honest and did not charge me a bunch of money and say a lot of different things are wrong. They did exactly what they were called out to do and didn’t overcharge me. I would recommend them !!!
