Very pleased with Magic Touch Mechanical, they called ahead to confirm time that they would arrive. Service tech was friendly and thorough in explaining what the condition of my a/c system after evaluation and inspection. He explained the items that needed to be addressed and gave me a cost breakdown for approval before starting the service. I would recommend them for getting your a/c serviced before our long hot Phoenix summers.

David Pascali did a great job of determining what the issue was with my HVAC unit - leaving no stone unturned, and making sure it was working in excellent condition before leaving. That is why I trust Magic Touch Mechanical with my HVAC needs.

David Pascali did a great job of diagnosing and fixing the issue with our propane firepit, an issue that had put the firepit out of commission for about a year. I had no idea what was wrong, David quickly figured it out and got us back in business, just in time for cooler evenings. These folks installed a gas fireplace system for me a couple of years ago when I no longer could handle the firewood and all that went with keeping it clean and safe. Now I literally push a button on a remote to turn on/off. They just finished the yearly safety check and started it up for me for the season. I highly recommend their company!

I had an air handler fan motor go out on a unit that magic touch had installed 5 years ago, luckily still under warranty. Max came out and performed a thorough inspection, found the motor to be the issue, found a location that had the new motor, and finished up the day installing it. The unit is now back up and running as good as new. Max was the most knowledgeable tech I’ve had the opportunity to converse with. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable of the hvac system, specific hvac unit, and the company, his quality and attention to detail was what makes me a recurring customer. He went above and beyond the job at hand and first and foremost looked to find preventative opportunities of possible future issues as well as strove to dig down to the absolute root cause of the issue at hand. I’ve had numerous companies provide maintenance inspections on 3 of my hvac units over the last 5 years and Magic Touch had always stood out above the rest with how much of a quality company they truly are and how knowledgeable they are in their trade. As a thermal-fluids engineer, I wouldn’t go with any other company to service my hvac needs.

Dave P inspected both of my gas fireplaces on his annual visit - identified a leak in the control system of one. Will replace the entire log/electronic start once product arrives. When that is installed the other fireplace will be cleaned and ready for the winter. Very professional & trusted service I would recommend.

We had our routine service today and our technician Max Callaghan was very knowledgeable and respectful of our needs. Max evaluated our ac unit and pointed out a few possible concerns that needed attention. Max was able to correct this concerns and explained to us how the repair affects the ac unit. From initial bid to completed project, I could not have asked for better service, responsiveness and results I received from Magic Touch. David Pascali was my primary contact, did the estimate and also completed the project of renovating the two fire features around our pool. David removed the old, rusted fire rings and replaced them with new, stainless-steel rings with jets, that improve ignition and provide a much better flame when lit.

Every contact I had with the Magic Touch front office was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and responsive. I was contacted well in advance of our installation date to confirm the date. The front office kept me apprised of Dave's arrival and Dave also contacted me directly when he was a few minutes away from our home.

Dave and his associate (Iri?) got the job done quickly and were meticulous in cleaning up the area upon completion. In short, I could not be happier with Magic Touch, recommend them and will most certainly use them again for future projects. Magic touch was great. I needed somebody to come out last minute to check a fireplace that wasn’t working in a home that I am selling. Their technician Dave was on his way home, but he turned around and drove out to me anyway. There ended up being nothing wrong with my fireplace. It had just been a very long time since it was lit, so it was just taking a while to light. But Dave gave it a thorough check over anyway to give me peace of mind for my new buyers. Great service, reasonable price for the inspection, and Dave was courteous and professional.

Got Magic Touch referral from Bosch hotline and glad I did. Max, the tech sent by MT was excellent in diagnosing, explaining and repairing the issue plus courteous and professional! I asked all sorts of questions and he not only knew the answers, he explained the why's too! Very thorough and pointed out some basic things that did not happen on original install that he corrected after letting me know and decide. I am very confident in Max's and MT's knowledge and expertise. I have had other companies out that got things done on this and a previous AC unit but not to the level and confidence Max and MT gave me. I even signed up for their service plan for the long run due to this experience. Thanks!
