I put 4 stars based on the customer service, professionalism, and workmanship of the technician i was provided for my HVAC service/repair. Chris did a very good job quick and friendly. He was willing to answer questions, and wasn't pushy when it came to offering additional services. To me, the service he provided, was exactly what I would prefer. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I believe the price was a little too much. That doesn't take away from the quality service Chris provided though.

The installation team was outstanding — punctual, respectful, and clearly very experienced. They worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and made sure we understood how the new system operates before they left. The quality of the installation really shows.

Our AC unit went out last year during summer. Since then, it has been miserable. Even with a portable AC unit, we couldn't get below 87 during the day in the summertime. We have been struggling the past year with finances, and we have been entering giveaways with Semper fi since September of last year. Each time I spoke to someone from Semper fi they were kind, compassionate, and helpful. Last month finally won one. We did check out financing with Semper fi, but due to our own finances, we couldn't qualify. Yesterday, we got our new unit, and the techs (Enrique and Abel) were amazing. They were so respectful and answered every question I had. Aswell as explaining everything they did in a way I could understand. We have a second unit that still works on our house that covers the bedrooms that we are worried about due to its age and will definitely go with Semper fi for maintenance and eventual replacement. Semper fi lifted a massive weight from our shoulders. We have cars that are currently not running, and we feared never being able to replace our ac unit. Now we can focus on fixing our vehicles to be able to transport our kids and for me to be able to doordash to be able to help my family financially. Thank you Semper fi!

My experience with Semper Fi very positive. They are very communicative and our very much in touch for their customers prior to the appointment and very much so after the appointment. They are very different from most other companies that once they get the appointment from you seldom hear from them. Their technicians operate in the same fashion is that they contact you and stay in touch with you prior to during and after the appointment My technician Adolfo was great. He was able to get to the job site ahead of time, very knowledgeable and had past experience working with another service company in the valley that is well known and well respected. And the service was very comprehensive and informative. I highly recommend simplify two thumbs up.

Hi all 5 of the semper fi guys that were out to our home were great. They made sure our needs would be met for a difficult mini split installation on a 2 story home for the front bedroom. I recently had a tune-up from an exceptional technician named Conner. Not only was the company fast, responsive, and thorough, but Conner himself was the most professional technician I’ve ever worked with. Semper Fi heating was very impressive in all areas. They let me know their honest opinions and gave me the tools I needed to make the best decisions for my house and family. The thoroughness in their inspection was top tier, showing me every aspect of my AC system through pictures and explanations. Conner even took the time to teach me everything I needed to know in a way that was simple and even created a mini diagram for me. Easily the best service I’ve had.

Matt- who sold me my new Heating/Air unit and the 2 gentlemen from Semper Fi who installed it were terrific!! They answered all of my questions, showed me how to use the new thermostat, and were very efficient!! I will recommend Semper Fi to my friends and neighbors here in my resort!! 👍😀

Great experience from start to finish. The sales advisor and inspector Josh and his partner did a fantastic service explaining the importance of the project and how to get started. It wasn’t overwhelmed.
The A/C unit installation was easy and smooth process and the technicians were excellent and efficient.

The crew is very knowledgeable, reliable and kind. In my case my air ducts were needing extra work and they went the extra mile giving me a temporary fix to enjoy to the max the benefits of this brand new A/C System.

I am planning to get my second A/C unit System and the technicians scheduled the final inspection fix for my ducts as well.
Monitor A/C functionality thermostat and also they recycled the old unit and pick up all trash; including garbage pieces removal.
Their follow ups are great and is a company make you feel comfortable within purchasing.

Alex came by the following week to replace a Nuve thermostat (which we weren't thrilled about) and ensured the new one was functioning properly. Shayla followed up with me after each service call to make sure everything went smoothly. Everyone was super communicative and professional. I'm very happy to do business with Semper Fi.

Great service. I had them put in an AC Unit and replace 3 valves on water lines. The crew that took care of the AC was very professional and did a great job. The plumber that did the valves was very good. He made sure everything was done correctly. Quick service. Called and they were there the next day

Overall, we had a good experience with Semper Fi Heating and Cooling. The sales process was smooth, communication was clear, and the AC installation itself went well. The new unit is working great, and we’re happy with the performance so far.

However, there was one frustrating issue. During the sales process, we were told the thermostat could be moved into the hallway for us. We mentioned that we plan to install a projector on that wall in the future, and relocating the thermostat was important to us. When the installation team arrived, they declined to move it, saying it wouldn’t provide an accurate reading — even though the new location would have only been about three feet from where it currently is.

It felt like this change wasn’t communicated internally, and ultimately it seemed like the installers just didn’t want to take on the extra work. We would have appreciated clearer expectations upfront or better follow-through on what was promised because now I am left trying to figure out how to move it myself.

Aside from that issue, we are very pleased with the AC system itself and the overall professionalism of the company. With better coordination between sales and installation, this would have easily been a 5-star experience.

Salesman came out to do the sale was great. Awesome, nice guy the guys that came to do. The installation were great. Awesome knowledgeable. Got it done in a timely fashion picked up after themselves. However, there was a couple of boo boo's The reason I'm giving them a 2. It is because the dispatch that called back to for them to come out and repair the boo boo was totally unreasonable. Wouldn't work with us on a time for them to come out. She said it had to be in the morning. Well, no one's here in the morning. Because we both work, jobs was was unwilling to work with us. So you're getting a 2 . We were told we, we just can't send people out, Randomly in the middle of the day to fix a issue when that's your job. We dont think 12 noon is un reasonable

I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with Semper Fi Heating and Cooling. I had two AC/Furnaces replaced this week. One for my home and one for my rental home. Josh offered a great system and a competitive price. I saved thousands compared to my first quote from another HVAC company and received a better warranty. The installers: Alex and Daniel showed up on time, were courteous, professional and installed the systems without a hitch. Semper Fi’s customer support is spot on. Prompt notifications and follow up for scheduling ceiling trim repair and duct cleaning. Overall, I would highly recommend Semper Fi.

Shopped 4 different HVAC companies for a new heat pump replacement. Semper Fi was the most competitive and competent of them all. From start to finish they followed up with sales quote, install, and duct cleaning company. Even applied for my SRP rebate to keep the process easy for me. Also was contacted by SRP to do an audit since it qualified for the rebate and the inspector came out to look at everything and said the unit was performing better than the specs. Also mentioned that the install work he sees from Semper Fi has been really well done, including mine. Always a hard decision when you are spending this amount of money but 100% satisfied with my choice. Thank you Semper Fi!

My old unit was Forty One years old. My buddy from high school was an hvac guy and he kept it going and taught me how to work one it each time it needed service. Each morning I would open the bathroom window and listen for any issues. Once every year or two I would service it. Ten years ago Semper Fi had an oldest A/C contest...I should have win then, and we would chat about "time yet?" I would tell them "Still icy cold". Last Wednesday the heat quit working and after 41 years I decided not to get on the roof again. Called Semper Fi on Saturday and they could get an estimator over same day. We negotiated on the unit and heat elements and he said they could install it Monday two days later. Really professional installers, perfect install, works perfect. I am VERY impressed. Supervisor Billy came by the next day and installed the filter grate even. I will be their customer for the next 41 years. Goodman R32 heat pump with optional heating "toaster" elements.

P.S.: Even the crane guy was on time, used wood to protect the driveway and was super-nice!
