Ben is awesome! He is funny, professional, and HONEST! When we were selling our house last year, we needed to have our AC unit checked as part of the home inspection. The first guy that came out from a big name company said we needed $1400 in repairs. We wanted a second opinion and called Ben who was recommended by our realtor- he said there was nothing wrong with the unit. Knowing our situation, he could've said that we needed work and bargained with us on price but he told us the truth.
So, of course we called him to take a look at our system in our new home, as we spent the better part of last summer sweating it out in our living room. Why we didn't call him then I don't know. Anyway, he takes a look and and tells us our vent is closed- boy, did we feel stupid! But again, he totally could have made up some reason to say we needed a split unit and make some money off of us but thankfully, he is an honest business man. We will always use him and his company in the future!

Great team of technicians, willing to go above and beyond for their clients! I rent a property and they have been called out on two separate incidents regarding our very old unit. Professional, kind, and effective at doing the job! Worked tirelessly in the AZ heat to install a new unit as soon as the sun came up. Thank you again for all you have done for us!

Ben and Dylan are amazing. They showed up same day within a couple hours for a last minute call in on a Friday afternoon! They were incredibly knowledgable, friendly and easy to talk to. Repair work was flawless and they even went the extra mile to run a full check on the entire system to make sure everything was back in working order. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely be using them in the future.

For years we had AC issues and have had so many different people try to resolve it and were never successful. After a family b-day party our A/C system only cooled to 82 degrees that evening. I called Fresh Breeze at 7:00 AM and Ben answered and assured me he would be out to check it between 11-1 that day. When he did arrive as promised and found nothing wrong ( the system was cooling normally again) he gave us some tips on pre-cooling prior to our next party, charged us nothing and wished us a good day. So nice, so professional and so very reliable. I would highly recommend Fresh Breeze.

Fast and Honest! I have used Fresh Breeze for many years and for several properties. I can rely on Fresh Breeze to show up quickly (same day in most cases). I appreciate that if the unit can be fixed rather than replaced they do that without trying to upsell. If the unit is beyond repair they have provided quality units at a fair price! Ben was polite and came to evaluate our AC within an hour. He was quick and efficient and gave us really good information about our current unit and what we can do to maintain it. My AC went out in the heat of summer and it was HOT inside the house to say the least. I called Fresh Breeze and they came out right away and gave me a diagnosis of the problems and outlined my repair options. Bailey was very professional and gave me my options along with his recommendations, in terms that made sense to me as an average Joe... After we agreed on a repair plan, he quickly got to work and we were blowing cool air once again! I know that this service call was just a band-aid to get through this summer but I know who I will be calling when I am ready to replace my 15 year old unit before the summer of 2025!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Our AC quit working last night, despite our efforts at home to find a solution. The weather forecast predicted a high of 114 so I was feeling a bit worried, especially as we have two young kids and two dogs at home. Our landlord contacted Ben at Fresh Breeze Heating and Cooling to come fix the issue and Ben was over here in less than hour. He was kind, knowledgeable, and had the issue resolved in less than 30 minutes. I like how he educated us on how to maintain the quality of our AC, especially during these summer months. I have been a customer of Fresh Breeze since 2017. They came on Tuesday 06/16/20 and replaced my A/C Unit. They did it very quickly and without any problems at all. I've never had any issues with Fresh Breeze they are always friendly and professional. They don't try to inflate prices for the work they do like other big name repair companies do. They have always been up front and honest. They are always on time and responsive as well. I would highly recommend Fresh Breeze to any of my friends and family.

Would never call anyone else for my AC needs. I never post reviews but this is absolutely warranted.

From the moment I contacted Semper Fi, (at 1am on a week day) I was immediately contacted by a representative. Every single person that I had any contact with from Semper Fi was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and hones to me. Once the unit was installed the crew clean everything out including the small parts and left the place better than they found it. A courtesy hot water heater flush and inspection was performed by a great technician— Peter. He is a perfect communicator and was thorough in conducting the flush and inspection and explaining the results of his findings. Nothing came up for him recommending further action or replacing the hot water heater unnecessarily. Peter was honest — I appreciated him not trying to make up a reason to replace it or make unnecessary changes.

Our A/C wasn't blowing cold air. I looked at the ads for A/C Service near me and spotted Semper Fi (a veteran owned company) I'm a veteran and decided to give them a try. They came the same day to Service the unit. The tech called when he was on the way. He was neat, courteous, friendly and respectful. He checked the equipment in the attic and the compressor, found and fixed the problem. He used special tools to test and be sure all had been fixed. I will use Semper Fi for service on A/C and plumbing in the future.

First contact with a company is so important. My first call began with the representative asking how she could make me smile today. She was knowledgeable, polite, and got me a very quick appointment. The tech Steven arrived on time and promptly repaired my air conditioning unit. He also was very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this company!

Rob provided a detailed diagram and explanation of what needed to be done. Answered all my questions and I feel very good about my decision to go forward.
