I have been using Manny for over 20 years as I have moved from home to home. This is my third time. I have found him very responsible and very professional. His employees are very careful as to not only the removal of old materials but the cleanup was far beyond what I would have expected. They had to work in the attic with outside temperatures over 110 degrees for almost ten hours. There was no complaining and no standing around. I was very pleased with their friendliness and professionalism. They were able to communicate with me in both fluent spanish and English. The day after installation, a repairman returned to double check that all was functioning well. After going a day without air conditioning, my wife said she could not sleep because it felt almost too cold (wonderful) I highly recommend his company and service. Good to work with an honest man and a reputable company. I found his prices much lower than his competitors. He came out the same day I called. Other companies told me it would be three days and they might have to wait for new machines for several weeks. Manny has the connections to get the materials. I got the new units installed the next day after my call. Excellent service Gene Lines

We looked with multiple companies and Manny's has the most competitive prices for the type of unit that they installed. Good quality units for a reasonable price. The Other companies that we looked with wanted to perform major renovations to install a simple unit. Especially since the attic entrance is pretty small. Manny's techs showed up on time and installed their equipment without any hassle. We would recommend them.

I highly recommend Manny's Air! Over the past weeks we had several companies in for estimates on replacement of our AC system. Manny had the best system at the best price and far and away the best warranty. Manny went above and beyond just the estimate. He helped us with getting the financing process started. He is intelligent, professional and courteous and it carries down through his installation team. They showed up, got to work, did their job efficiently and in less time than was planned. Our original installation was a disaster. The original builder botched the install and the unit never ran at it's peak volume or efficiency. The new unit is great. We could tell the difference immediately. If you need an AC system, call Manny!

To begin my family and I were first time customers to say the least we were beyond impressed with their service. The team was very nice and supportive and completely understanding of one’s personal financial situation, and they worked really fast to fix our problem. We are for sure recommending it to our friends and family. The company does not disappoint. Beyond greatful and thankful for Manny’s air!

Manny’s Air was prompt to help us out with our failed HVAC unit. They determined it was a nonfunctioning blower motor and charged us a much better price than one of the bigger service providers quoted. They cleaned our unit at the same time.
Recently, we had a failed capacitor and no heat which they prioritized the repair because nights were going below freezing. Their staff were very knowledgeable, respectful, courteous and helpful. I have recommended them to friends.

Our home unit started having issues one of Octobers hottest days....Manny's air had a guy enroute ASAP. The Rep was very friendly and efficient had our home unit blowing cold again in no time.... All around Manny's Air was great experience will definitely use again.

Cesar was very knowledgeable professional, courteous, respectful and on time. He cleaned up after he was finished. He discussed future maintenance With us.

2022:
Reliable service- (when you have warranty). I had issue with AC not cooling; called and got scheduled. The day of scheduled service the Tech called ahead of time to let me know he is on his way. My AC was fixed promptly and cooled my house back again.

New update 2025:
Our AC started blowing hot air, called and was scheduled promptly. Tech came (charged service fee $115) & diagnosed our system. It was determined it was a dual capacitor that was bad. Estimate was $750 to replace it. My unit was out of the 10 yr warranty. We purchased our unit from Manny's and kept up with maintenance & paid for service calls each time they came. I had to decline the repair because the estimate was too much. The capacitor itself it less than $30 for cheap ones & it did not make sense to charge $750 to replace it. I was disappointed having been a loyal customer for past 10 years.

HVAC businesses are crazy.

My AC stopped working in June when outside temps were over 100 degrees. Having two small kids at home I was naturally very concerned about not having AC. I called Manny's (who I bought the unit from years prior) to see what the problem was. The tech arrived and told me that it was a bad capacitor and that it would cost $675 to fix. "Luckily" he had a capacitor in his truck and was able to fix the problem in about 10 minutes. I told him that $675 seemed expensive for a capacitor, so he said he would clean the unit off while he was there.

I later learned that the capacitor that he installed costs $14, and is a simple fix. I also learned that these AC techs are paid commission and are incentivized to charge as much as they can get away with.

I am OK paying for parts and labor, but this is a classic example of price gouging at its worst. Taking advantage of customers when we are just trying to keep our families safe is despicable, and I would never recommend Manny's Air to anyone.

My lesson form this experience: DO NOT TRUST THE TECHS AT MANNYS AIR!

I came back to AZ with no A/C in August. After some days waiting for parts, Manny pulled out all the stops to get my home cooled again! I paid the call-out fee but it was under a long warranty, so I didn't have to pay more! Thank you, Manny, when it's time for a new installation, I'll call you!

I called today for service and they responded so quickly same day service my elderly parents are so appreciative and I aswell , Caesar was very kind and did a speedy job and explained everything to us thank you so much and happy holidays 😊
